We are thrilled to invite you to our first annual spiritual retreat in the beautiful Punta Cana! Get ready for a transformative experience filled with spiritual growth, relaxation, and unforgettable memories.

During our retreat, we will be staying at the luxurious TRS Turquesa, 24-hour butler service, all-inclusive resort known for its elegance and comfort. They offer a variety of cuisine and dedicated butler service, spacious, adults-only rooms and activities all day, every day! The TRS stunning location will provide the perfect backdrop for our spiritual journey.

Our itinerary is thoughtfully designed to offer a balance of Zyn and adventure.  Alongside meaningful sessions and relaxation, we will have the opportunity to embark on exciting excursions that allow us to explore the wonders of Punta Cana. Whether it's snorkeling in crystal-clear waters or strolling along pristine beaches, there will be plenty of opportunities to connect with nature and bond as a group.

You will also have time to immerse yourself in the local culture during lunch and spend some relaxing time at the beach. In the evening, you will have free time before dinner.

After our service enjoy a free day to explore the resort and engage in activities of your choice. In the evening, get ready for a “ “𝐌𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐖𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞” private farewell dinner party on the beach, complete with captivating entertainment.

 

Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Policies.>All payments to Crimson Travel, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferrable>Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your government-issued ID>Prices are subject to change without notice.  Please make your reservations today to lock in your price. Name changes are allowed with approval and a $50 name change fee.  No changes will be allowed 120 days prior to departure.  Late payment of $50 is required after the final due date.  All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.

DEPOSIT INFO:

1.  The initial deposit deadline is May 17 , 2024.  Any reservations made AFTER this date are subject to the vendor's price change (if any) and room availability.

2.  All roommates must pay their deposit for reserving the room.

3. Payments are invoiced through TravelJoy. Please be advised you will see a 1% TravelJoy layaway fee.

4.  If you need to make any changes to your reservation, please do so by sending an email to crimsontravel@outlook.com. Any change requests sent via methods other than email will be ignored. While we understand that sometimes things do not go as planned and are here to make your experience as seamless as possible, please know that we are unable to provide assistance if your message is not sent using the proper channels.

Please note that participation in the festivities attached to this event can only be purchased from the organizers of the group.  At this time, this package does not offer ANY a-la-carte items. We reserve the right to update/change rates where there is an error.  Any changes over $150 will be sent to the client to approve.

Please further note that all prices are based on the rates of exchange in effect at the time of price quotation. In the event that the US dollar devalues, Crimson Travel, LLC reserves the right to increase prices accordingly. Your final invoice will reflect any and all increases resulting from currency devaluation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

$400 of this package is non-refundable because Crimson Travel, LLC will negotiate agreements with vendors that will not allow us to obtain refunds. By doing this, we are unable to offer you monthly payment arrangements. 

That said, please know that we like to have "happy clients". If you cannot attend this trip, we would love to have you reschedule with us for a future event. Please see the Travel Protection Insurance section below to learn how to avoid losing your entire investment should you be unable to attend this trip.

TRAVEL PROTECTION INSURANCE

Covid-19 has taught us that "anything can happen".  Missing a vacation is bad. Losing the money, you paid for your vacation is even worse.  Therefore, we highly recommend that you purchase travel protection that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expenses and more.  You are required to select and purchase travel insurance for your domestic and international tours.  Protect your investment.  Anything can happen; missed flight, getting ill while on vacation or a family emergency may arise. 

If you choose a "Cancel for any Reason" policy- which is our recommendation- most carriers will require that you buy the policy within 0-21 days of the initial purchase; however, some require purchase on the day of your initial deposit. This will depend on the company.  You will also be required to confirm if you understand the importance of purchasing travel insurance.
