Payment Schedule:
- A nonrefundable deposit of $50 per person due at time of booking
- If you wish to make a deposit of an amount greater than $50, you may indicate as such on your payment authorization
- When booking your package, be sure to select all components you wish to add to your package
- Pricing is subject to change prior to securing your reservation with a deposit
- Midterm payment of $500 per person due by October 1, 2024
- Final payment due on or before December 1, 2024
- Payments of any amount may be made outside of this time frame if the client wishes to pay more slowly over time
Airfare Fees Terms & Conditions:
Booking flights can be a stressful process, but not quite as stressful as having to deal with flight cancellations or itinerary changes. If you would like Away We Go Travel LLC as your advocate for anything related to the air portion of your trip, Away We Go Travel LLC is happy to package your flights with the other components of your trip. However, due to the amount of work air can be, Away We Go Travel LLC is charging fees for these services.

Alternatively, should you choose to confirm your air reservations separate from your booking, Away We Go Travel LLC assumes no responsibility for missed/delayed flights cruises, or tours due to independently booked airfare. It will be your sole responsibility to contact the airline and manage the changes. It is important that this be communicated prior to research beginning.
Most importantly, prior to booking any airfare, Away We Go Travel LLC must have the correct information as it appears on your passport or other identification via the Client Information Form. Away We Go Travel LLC cannot book air without it. You must also verify that this identification will be valid for travel.
Airfare fees must be paid prior to any airfare action taken by Away We Go Travel LLC.
Cancellation Fees Terms & Conditions:
Away We Go Travel LLC works solely on commissions which are paid out only after a client has traveled. If a trip is researched, quoted, booked then cancelled, Away We Go Travel LLC has made no monetary gain from the work done on said trip and has worked for free. Due to the number of last minute cancellations Away We Go Travel LLC has had to process, a Cancellation Fee will be charged prior to cancelling the trip as requested by the client.

All cancellations or no-shows are subject to penalties imposed by the supplier. If you require a copy of these terms, please contact Away We Go Travel LLC. Additionally, all booking cancellations, transfers to another Agency, or no-shows are considered cancellations and subject to a non-refundable fee imposed by Away We Go Travel LLC.
All cancellations MUST be in writing and sent to Away We Go Travel LLC by email to dolles@awaywegotravelllc.com. Cancellations sent to any other address will not be processed. Upon making the booking, Passenger(s) hereby accept & acknowledge liability for all cancellation fees imposed by Away We Go Travel LLC and the supplier. Cancellations are posted on day that the complete cancellation documents are received by Away We Go Travel LLC so long as they are received before 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on a business day. All other cancellations will be posted on the next business day. Example: If an email is received at 6pm on Saturday – when we are closed – it will NOT be processed until the following Monday morning. Your cancellation will be confirmed via email when processed.
