Zi Getaways is a personalized travel agency dedicated to creating customized vacation experiences tailored to each traveler’s style, schedule, and budget.

Whether you’re dreaming of a romantic getaway, family adventure, group celebration, or a luxurious cruise, we make your travel planning simple, smooth, and enjoyable. From flights and resorts to tours and excursions, we handle every detail with professionalism and care.

When you book with Zi Getaways, you’re not just purchasing a trip — you’re gaining a travel partner who values your time, preferences, and peace of mind.

💻Customized Quotes

Each trip we design is created exclusively for you. After you submit your travel request form, we carefully review your preferences, travel dates, and budget to craft a personalized quote that fits your vision.

Quotes may include multiple options so you can select what best meets your needs. A non-refundable planning or research fee may apply before quotes are created. This fee compensates for the time, research, and expertise required to design a custom travel experience.

We offer two revisions to this quote. Any revisions or quotes after this are subject to a $15 fee. 

📩Delivery of Quote Requests

Once your form is received, your custom quote will be delivered via email within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Your quote will include:

• Package details and inclusions
• Current pricing and payment deadlines
• Recommended upgrades or add-ons
• Terms and travel insurance options

Quotes are time-sensitive and subject to change until a deposit is paid. Prices and availability are not guaranteed without payment and confirmation from the supplier.

💳Booking Policy

To confirm your reservation, a deposit is required by the date specified in your quote. Your booking is not finalized until payment has been processed and confirmation is received from both Zi Getaways and the travel supplier.

After your booking is confirmed, you will receive:

• A written confirmation email
• Payment schedule and reminders
• Trip itinerary and travel documents

Travelers are responsible for verifying that all details (names, dates, destinations, etc.) are correct before final payment is made.

Most final payments for cruises are due 75 days prior to your travel date, so if you travel dates are within 75 days, the full payment will need to be paid at the time of booking. 

🔄Change Policy

If changes are needed after booking, all requests must be submitted in writing to vacationswithzi@yahoo.com.

Changes may be subject to fees from the airline, resort, cruise line, or other travel suppliers. Zi Getaways will always assist in making modifications, but any costs associated with changes are the traveler’s responsibility.

❌Cancellation Policy

Because each trip is customized, cancellation fees will apply.

• The Zi Getaways planning/research fee is non-refundable once a quote has been delivered.
• Supplier cancellation penalties depend on the travel provider’s terms and timing of cancellation.
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to vacationswithzi@yahoo.com. Cancellation fee is $40 per person that has to be paid to Zi Getaways.

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment against unforeseen events such as illness, weather, or emergencies.
