   • The research fee is separate from your travel package cost and is not applied to your final booking total. This fee covers the services rendered in researching and designing your customized trip quote.

3. Quoted Prices and Availability:

   • Quoted prices for your travel package are subject to change until a deposit or full payment is made.
   • All prices and availability quoted are based on the current market conditions and availability at the time of the booking request. Until a deposit or full payment is received, prices are subject to adjustment due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates, supplier pricing, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Cancellation of Booked Packages:

   • Once a booking is confirmed with a deposit or full payment, the cancellation policy of the individual suppliers (such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators) will apply.
