Join Gallivant World Travel as we travel to the Saint Lucia Jazz & Arts Festival during the Mother's Day weekend in 2023. The festival focuses on jazz, R&B, and Calypso music bringing together the best international artists.  Men are welcomed to attend this travel event!

Itinerary: (preliminary)

Day 1 (Thursday May 11): Arrive on the island and check into the resort.  Meet & Greet (location to be announced) Optional evening concert at Saint Lucia Jazz Festival. Music performers to be announced. Tickets sold separately.
 
Day 2 (Friday May 12):   Free time during the day on your own relaxing on the beach or spending time at the Harbor Club luxury spa and beauty salon during the day. In the evening attend "The Jump Up" street party in the Gros Islet fishing village.  Enjoy grilled fish, barbecued street food, spiced rums while listening to deep music bass lines over local sound systems create the unique island vibe. Optional evening concert at Saint Lucia Jazz Festival. Music performers to be announced. Tickets sold separately.

Day 3 (Saturday May 13):  Optional night out to attend a live concert at the Saint Lucia Jazz Festival. Music performers to be announced. Tickets sold separately.
 
Day 4 (Sunday May 14): Free time on your own relaxing on the beach or spending time at Harbor Club luxury spa and beauty salon during the day.   Optional night out to attend a live concert at the Saint Lucia Jazz Festival. Music performers to be announced. Tickets sold separately.

Day 6 (Tuesday May 16):  Check out of the resort and start your journey home. 

Reservation Notes:

1.    If you are submitting the deposit and/or payments on the behalf of everyone, please complete the "Traveler Information"  for each guest.    
2.    If NOT,  Select 1 Traveler for your package and list your roommate(s) name. 
3.    Registration forms are required for all roommate(s) that plan to pay their own deposit/payments.  To secure your registered package, the remaining roommate(s) have 72 hours to pay their initial deposit.   If a roommate does not make their deposit within 72 hours timeframe, the package price will reflect the occupancy of all the roommates who have paid a deposit.

• Due to contractual obligations, all payments for this travel event is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• DEPOSITS ARE DUE:  DECEMBER 15, 2022 to secure this room rate with Harbor Club St. Lucia, Curio Collection by Hilton.
• Passports and Visas: Passports are required for this travel experience.  Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Your passport should not expire before December 01, 2022. Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Any information provided pertains to U.S. citizens only.
• Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of all Terms and Conditions, including the cancellation policy.
• Purchasing travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment. 
• Payment plans are available.
• A full day-by-day itinerary will be provided 30 days before travel, if not earlier.
• Please note that joining us on any experience gives Gallivant World Travel, LLC. expressed permission to use any and all photographs for media & release.

TRAVEL/CANCELLATION INSURANCE: Travel Insurance is highly suggested. Please be sure that your insurance policy covers you for all relevant activities you will be engaging in on your trip. Please research and choose a travel insurance policy carefully. Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees. With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation for pre-existing condition coverage.

However, we do offer travel insurance through our partnership with Arch/RoamRight and Allianz Travel Insurance to our clients. Travel insurance is highly recommended but is not required. Cancellation policy:

All deposits & payments are NON-REFUNDABLE due to strict contractual/attrition agreements with the hotel. The St. Lucia Jazz Festival takes place every year and it is considered a "Special Event" meaning NO REFUNDS can be issued if you change your mind for any reason. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this for any reason that would include acts of God, terrorism, anything civil, military deployment, personal/family medical emergencies.
