Terms and Conditions
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $50 per person is due at the time of booking to secure your spot.
- Payment Schedule: Payments are to be made monthly as outlined in your booking confirmation. Full payment is required by Oct 6, 2025
- Transfers: Round-trip transfers between the airport and the resort are included. Flight bookings are the responsibility of the traveler.
- Travel Insurance: Strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellation policy:
- Deposit: $50 non-refundable, non transferable
- Cancellations prior to final payment result in full refund minus deposit.
- Cancellations between October 7 - 20, 2025: $100 penalty.
- Cancellations between October 21 - November 7, 2025: $200 penalty.
- Cancellations after November 8, 2025: Equivalent to a one-night stay penalty.
