Cancellation Terms & Policy Agreement
As per the following Terms & Conditions (The "Agreement") described/stated on your payment invoice itinerary/booking page. The terms "we" "us" and "our" refer to Scenic Getaways and Day Trips, LLC and the terms "you", "your", "I", and "me" refers to the individual at the time of booking and who signed the agreement. You understand that by you submitting the deposit/reservation payment, you are bound by the following agreement(s):
1. Booking and Payment:
1.1. A non-refundable deposit is required to initiate the booking process. The remaining balance must be paid by the specified due date, as communicated by Scenic Getaways and Day Trips, LLC.
1.2. Failure to make full payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of the booking, and the Client may be subject to cancellation fees as outlined in the Agency's cancellation policy.
2. Travel Insurance:
2.1. Scenic Getaways and Day Trips, LLC strongly recommends that the Client obtains comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected events, including trip cancellations, delays, and medical emergencies.
2.2. The Client acknowledges that the Agency is not responsible for any losses or expenses incurred due to the Client's failure to obtain adequate travel insurance.
