Deposit A non-refundable partial deposit of $50 per person is due at the time of reservation. This deposit holds your spot on the voyage; however, it does not secure you a cabin. Your second payment of $200 per person completes your non-refundable deposit requirements of $250 per person; your cabin can be berth at that time. Once the full deposit of $250 is paid for all persons on your reservation, that can begin the berthing process. |
Passport & Identification A passport is not required for passengers on closed-loop sailings departing a U.S Port. Despite a passport not-being required, Texas Girl Travel does recommend using a passport to sail. If you need to apply for a passport, please visit the US Department of State website. U.S citizens may use a certified birth certificate for cruising along with a valid photo ID. Refunds will not be provided for expired or delayed passports, incorrect or non-valid travel documents, or missed flights. |

Pricing & VIFP Cabin rates are based on double occupancy, single occupancy is responsible for 200% of cruise fare. Current Carnival VIFP members may have special offers available. Travel Insurance We highly recommend travel insurance. You never know what can happen and having an extra safeguard helps provide financial security and peace of mind. Carnival does offer a Vacation Protection Plan at an additional cost, you can view the coverage details on Carnival's Website. If you do not choose to purchase travel insurance, a signed denial of coverage will be required. |

Double, Triple, and Quadruple Occupancy Texas Girl Travel, LLC. does not provide a roommate pairing service. You must have selected your travel companions to make reservations at double, triple, or quadruple occupancy rates. |
On Board Payment Requirements Carnival has a cashless onboard credit program called Sail & Sign. The program allows guests to make purchases and pay gratuities directly to their accounts. The Sail & Sign account is required for all onboard transactions as cash is not an acceptable form of onboard payment. |

These cabins have two twin beds that can convert into a king-size. Balcony staterooms have ample closet and under-bed storage space, individually controlled air-conditioning, television, telephone, a private bathroom with shower, and a living area with vanity and seating.
Some staterooms have upper Pullman-style bunk beds or a sofabed to accommodate a 3rd or 4th guest. These cabins are limited.
All deposits are non-refundable! Your initial $50 and the subsequent payments up to $250 combined make your total deposit $250 per person. The initial deposit does not generate a booking number.
