Cancellations:
You can cancel for any reason a minimum of 2 hours prior to original scheduled departure time as indicated in your travel documents or no later than 9AM local time the day of arrival for hotel-only bookings. When you purchase the VPP, all applicable cancellation charges [does not include change fees or reduced deposit plan fees] as per your Terms and Conditions contract will be refunded in the form of Vacation Express future travel certificates, known as a VPP Voucher, less the VPP plan cost as follows:
Vacation Express exclusive non-stop flight packages and hotel only packages will receive a VPP voucher for the cost of the package, less the VPP plan cost. Scheduled-air packages will receive a VPP voucher for the cost of the hotel portion less the VPP plan cost along with the airline ticket numbers and be advised of the ticket cost. If you used the reduced deposit plan [RDP] for your booking you must have paid for your airline ticket, insurance and the cost of RDP in full in order to receive the airline ticket for future use. Travelers can use the cost of the airline ticket, less the airline change fee [up to $250 per ticket] to purchase a new ticket to:
