- Excursions: Guided tours and onshore activities are available at an extra charge.
- Spa and Cosmetic Services: Treatments at the onboard SPA-ROSA are not included.
- Airfare and Transfers: Flights to and from the embarkation point, as well as transfers between the airport and the ship, are not part of the package.
- Travel Insurance: Guests are advised to arrange their own travel insurance, as it is not provided.
- Gratuities: Tips for the crew and staff are not included and are at the guest's discretion.

Day 1, November 25 (Passau)
Passau is the starting point of your festive cruise. This is where the charm of the old town, church history and academic joie de vivre come together. Enjoy the first gentle waves of the Danube as you set sail and look forward to your cruise with a festive atmosphere and wintry landscapes. Welcome on board!

Day 2, November 26 (Wachau/Vienna)
The Danube runs through the magical UNESCO World Heritage Wachau and enchants you with its marvelous nature. A beautiful sight on your festive cruise. Vienna has many stunning squares, and during Christmas season, almost every one of them is filled with the scent of cinnamon, mulled wine and sweet specialities! Christmas music can be heard everywhere, and you can shop for traditional arts and crafts amidst an imposing setting. Time to simply let yourself drift through Vienna.

Day 3, November 27 Bratislava
Have a leisurely start to your day on your festive cruise in Bratislava, between baroque and rococo, palaces and palisades, art and coffee houses. You can warm up with a delicious mulled wine at one of the many different Christmas markets.

- Check into your hotel (consider one near Old Town or Charles Bridge for convenience).
- Freshen up and enjoy a light meal at a nearby café.

- Explore Old Town Square, admire the Astronomical Clock, and visit the Church of Our Lady Before Týn.
- Walk to Wenceslas Square for some shopping or to take in the festive holiday decorations.

Cancellation policy:
The customer may cancel the travel contract at any time before the start of the trip. Written cancellation must be submitted to the Carey-ed Away Travel. In addition to the following fees, Carey-ed Away Travel also charges a cancellation fee of $50 per person to cover the time invested in planning, advertising, and managing the group.
8.2. If the customer cancels before the start of the trip or does not begin the trip, A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH loses its claim to the travel price. A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH may instead demand suitable compensation for the travel arrangements made prior to the cancellation and its expenses in accordance with the actual travel price, unless it is responsible for the cancellation or extraordinary circumstances arise at or in the immediate vicinity of the destination that have a significantly adverse effect on the execution of the trip or the transport of persons to the destination. In the event of cancellation by the customer, a percentage rate of compensation for travel arrangements made and expenses incurred shall become payable, the amount of which depends on the date when the cancellation declaration is received and the expected amount of saved expenses. We therefore recommend that any cancellation declaration be made in writing. The percentage rate of compensation is calculated as follows:
a) Standard rate: A-ROSA Premium all inclusive rates
- up to 31 days before departure 40 %
- 30 days or less before departure 60 %
- 24 days or less before departure 70 %
- 17 days or less before departure 80 %
- 10 days or less before departure 85 %
- 3 days before departure until the day of departure or cancellation on the day of arrival or no-show 90 %
If a partial cancellation is made by a passenger who has booked a double cabin for the full price, with the result that the remaining passenger will have single occupancy of the double cabin, A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH reserves the right to charge cancellation costs as set out in the table. The compensation payable shall amount to no less than 60% of the proportionate travel price. The same shall apply if a passenger paying the full price cancels their berth in a cabin with multiple berths. In this situation, A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH reserves the right to rebook the cabin. If a partial cancellation is made for a child up to 15 years of age who is travelling free of charge in the company of at least one responsible adult and is accommodated in a double cabin, A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH will charge a processing fee of €200.
