RETREAT DETAILS

The Southern Utah wellness retreat at Red Mountain Resort is a 4-night retreat, however you may stay longer or shorter as noted below.  Your retreat package begins with lunch on Wednesday, April 27 and goes through breakfast on Sunday, May 1, however, you may use their facilities as long as you'd like on Sunday.

RESORT CREDIT

$150 p/night resort credit can be used for outdoor adventures or spa & wellness services such as kayaking, Zion or Bryce National Park trips, acupuncture or a delightful massage/body treatment.    You may use it in any increments throughout your stay.   Please note, however, it doesn't apply toward retail purchases, additional food & beverage not already included, gratuities on paid services/activities or taxes.   It also will not be refunded, but why would you not want to splurge on experiences and use every dollar?!  

 

RETREAT EXCLUSIONS

Price excludes airfare, activities with an additional cost that exceeds your $600 credit, gratuities (15% automatically added to all spa, adventure, wellness, bar, canyon counter and one-on-one services), retail items, and any non-included food or beverage (e.g., alcohol).  

 

ACTIVITY SELECTION CALENDAR

You may view the types of programming that RMR offers on their activity calendar at this link.  We'll inform you when the calendar is complete for our dates so you can make your selections to design YOUR perfect retreat within a group setting.  If you hover over an activity you'll see the many activities that are complimentary and you can drop-in or if you need to register for it and if there is an additional cost.  Your resort credit can be applied to activity costs.

Due at Registration:  $199 planning fee and 1 night room and tax based on room type selected

Final Payment:  Upon check out of the resort, May 1

This 4-night retreat experience is available based on room type (all based on availability at registration):

• Dragonfly Solo Room - $486 p/night plus tax
• Mountain View King Solo Room - $514 p/night plus tax
• Villa Double Queen Double Occupancy Room - $498 p/night p/person plus tax
  • Add a common living room area for roughly $30 p/day, p/person
• Villa 2 bedroom with common living area (one King, two queens for 3 or 4 people) - $515 p/night p/person plus tax

Pricing subject to change on Feb. 28, 2022 and rooms may sell out at any time.

 

OTHER TRAVEL DATES

If you can only join for a 3-night retreat experience or want to stay for 5 or more nights, register with the planning fee only and then Mary will call you discuss your room type preference and availability.  

 

 

HOW TO REGISTER

To register, click the 'buy now' button for more details, and then register at your convenience.  Please select the package that best fits your travel duration and fill-in your contact details.   You will authorize the $199 travel services fee and 1-night room and tax based on your room selection.  We will be back in touch very shortly for you to complete, or for returning guests to validate, your client information. 

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The resort room deposit is fully reimbursable, less $50, if cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival. Shortly before the 60 day deadline, JTF will confirm everyone's travel plans.  There is no reimbursement if cancelled 60 days or fewer to arrival.   The JTF travel services fee is non-refundable.

 

 

 

FLIGHTS

We recommend arriving at St George's Regional Airport (SGU) by mid-day on Wednesday, April 27, and departing late morning or whenever convenient on Sunday, May 1.  Alternatively, you can fly into Las Vegas, rent a car and drive 2 hours to the resort.  Once your flights are booked, please email them to mary@journeysthatfit.com.  If you are flying into SGU, JTF will provide the flight itinerary to the resort for the complimentary transfer to/from the resort.
