Shared Accommodations

By booking this trip, you understand and agree that lodging will be shared with other travelers. Room assignments may pair you with travelers of the same sex. Private rooms are not guaranteed unless specifically stated and paid for as an upgrade. Couples need to send an email to VIPCultureconcierge@gmail.com

Co-Ed Experience

This trip is a co-ed group travel experience, designed for both solo travelers and couples. Spouses, partners, and friends are welcome, but expect to share certain spaces and activities with other travelers.

Respectful Conduct

We foster a welcoming environment for all. Travelers are expected to treat fellow participants, staff, and local hosts with kindness and respect. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from group activities without refund.

Non-Refundable Deposit

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Your spot is secured only when payment is received.

Final Payment

Full payment must be received by the due date listed in your invoice. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment. Unless explicitly stated, insurance is not included in the package.
