BLK At Compass: Agent Voyage
IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION
- Deposits start at $500 per cabin, due at the time of booking. Your room is NOT confirmed until payment is received and you have received a receipt from Pursuit Travel Co and a confirmation email from Virgin Voyages. Deposits are non-refundable, but qualify for a future voyage credit if applicable.
- All posted pricing is based on current rates and availability. All prices posted are are accurate at the date published. However, pricing can change based on supply and demand. Should the price of your selected voyage change between the time of your authorization and the booking, we will promptly notify you of the updated cost for your approval before processing any payment.
- To secure your Agent Voyage, please ensure your final payment is received by October 31, 2025. Bookings not paid in full by this date will be cancelled according to Virgin Voyages' guidelines.
CANCELLATION POLICY:

You have the most flexibility outside of 120 days prior to your voyage. If you're booking at this time, you have a 7-day grace period to request a full refund on your deposit and any other payments made. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.

After the grace period (but still before the 120-day mark), you can received a full refund on any payments, not including your deposit. For your deposit, you will receive a future voyage credit.

Between 119 and 45 days, any funds will be converted to Future Voyage credit, good to use on any voyage 1 year from the original voyage start date.

Within 44 days of your voyage, all funds paid are final. But you do have the option to send someone in your place up to 48 hours before your voyage if sailing is not an option.
- Adding Voyage Protection with Virgin Voyages or purchasing a travel insurance plan to protect your travel investment is highly recommended.
- Voyage protection or travel insurance must be paid in full at the time of booking and is non-refundable once purchased.
- For your convenience, you can explore travel insurance options and obtain a quote or you can add Voyage protection initially when making your deposit or anytime between your deposit being paid and your final payment due date.
- Please remember to read your selected policy carefully to understand that travel protection only covers reasons specifically outlined within its terms.
- Please note, if you choose a "cancel anytime" policy this requires that you buy the policy within 14 days of the initial purchase.
- Virgin Voyages is an Adults-only cruise, 18+ .
- A government issued ID and passport is required to sail on Virgin Voyages.
- Your passport must be valid for 6 months after the last day of the cruise
- Bookings are made under the current promotion, which determines the perks you receive, such as onboard credits.
