I understand if travel insurance is purchased that the premium is non-refundable. I understand that Virgin Voyages will be charging my credit or debit card that I entered below. I guarantee and warrant that I am the legal cardholder for this credit or debit card.

Travel Protection

Your trip is a significant investment, and I recommend the purchase of travel insurance. If you choose to decline this protection, you are assuming any financial loss associated with your travel arrangements. By declining to purchase travel insurance you fully understand that your travel agent is not liable or responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of cancellation or interruption, emergency medical and transportation, baggage and personal effects, flight and travel accident, and/ or rental car physical damage. By my acknowledgment below, I have been informed of the cancellation policies for our travel services and have been made aware of the benefits of travel protection. If you choose to accept travel insurance, you understand that the premium is non­refundable, even if you should need to file a claim.

Covid-19 Release of Liability

As the worldwide Covid-19 coronavirus pandemic remains ongoing at this time, I acknowledge that for this reason, and other reasons not reasonably foreseeable at this time, these travel plans may be interrupted or canceled by the supplier that is providing them, a government entity or other third party over which agency has no control. I further acknowledge that the supplier’s own cancellation, rebooking and refund policies, subject to any applicable law that is now or may later be in effect, will govern my rights and remedies, including my right to receive a refund, in such an event. Moreover, I understand that should I elect to purchase travel insurance, the terms of the policy will dictate whether, and to what extent, coverage for any financial loss may exist under the circumstances.

Release of Liability

I understand that Pursuit Travel Co does not own or operate any entities that provide goods or services for my trip. Such entities include, but are not limited to, hotels or lodging facilities, transportation companies, local ground operators, excursion providers, food service providers, and entertainment providers. These entities are considered independent contractors. Therefore, Pursuit Travel Co cannot be held liable for any actions or omissions, whether negligent or willful, of these independent contractors or any other third parties. Pursuit Travel Co is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property, including death, delay, or inconvenience, that may occur due to various factors such as acts of God, acts of government, force majeure events, war, civil unrest, strikes, criminal or terrorist activities, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, structural defects in lodging facilities, transportation failures, animal bites or encounters, recreational activity hazards, sanitation issues, food poisoning, limited access to medical care, difficulty in emergency evacuation, illness, epidemics, or any other cause beyond the direct control of Pursuit Travel Co. I also release Pursuit Travel Co from any liability arising from their own negligence and assume all associated risks.

Invoice Accuracy

It is your responsibility to review the invoice upon receipt to ensure 100% accuracy. Please check thoroughly for any discrepancies or errors. Pursuit Travel Co is not responsible for errors, or any fees associated with necessary changes after 24 hours of receipt.

By submitting, you certify that you are the cardholder and are authorizing Pursuit Travel Co or Virgin Voyages to charge the listed amount to the credit card. You certify that you have verified that all information contained in the confirmation you received is accurate. You also certify you have read the Terms & Conditions and the appropriate Travel Protection Plan details. Cancellation penalties may apply. Insurance is not refundable. This charge will be manually applied by the agency to your reservation. If there are any issues, we will get back to you.
