We are ,Your Dreams Travel , and are excited to assist you with your travel planning . The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Your Dreams Travel and the term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement.

TRAVEL PARTIES. 

 Thank you for your purchase. InteleTravel.com & Your Dreams Travel, LLC is pleased to confirm the following travel arrangements. To complete your transaction and confirm your arrangements, your signature on this authorization is required. Charges are payable ONLY to the hotel, resort, tour operator, cruise line or other travel suppliers.

Independent Travel Advisors may not accept and process charges through any other account, or accept checks, cash or other forms of payment. 

I have ACCEPTED and authorized the travel purchases above, including travel insurance, and I am aware the insurance premium is not refundable.

I also acknowledge that I have read/reviewed my quote and if I must cancel my trip, I may receive a travel voucher and not a cash refund, minus the insurance premium, depending on the vendor being utilized to book my accommodations.

 

DECLINED PAYMENT

In the event that payment is attempted by YDT and is subsequently declined, Company will provide Traveler with a courtesy email notifying Traveler of the declined payment method.  

 

PASSPORT AND TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

Traveler is responsible for securing a valid passport. Some destination countries require a tourist visa to be secured before entering the country. Traveler understands that it is their responsibility to secure the visa and will do so at the time of purchasing Traveler’s airline ticket(s) if a visa is required for your planned trip.

 

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Each Traveler is RECOMMENDED to purchase a travel insurance policy for their planned trip. The insurance policy should cover emergency transportation/evacuation and trip cancellation in the amount of the planned trip costs, at minimum.  YDT  may include travel insurance with your planned trip.
