BOOKING INFORMATION:

• All room packages include the cost of our private events. Rooms are based on availability at the time of booking. 

• ROOMMATES - Please register together if you are planning to use one form of payment.
  • If you want separate invoices (paying separately), register separately and list your roommate

• If you are booking alone, please select single occupancy NOT double occupancy

• If your reservation is double occupancy, and your roommate (s) withdraw from the trip voluntarily or because of breach of contract. In that case, YOU will be changed to the higher occupancy rate unless a roommate is replaced.  

EXCURSION/ ADD-ON

INFORMATION:

• All Add-Ons include round-trip transportation

• Choose 1-2 Excursions for the free days if you'd like.

• If there's a scheduling conflict or interruption to excursions on our end, you will be reimbursed.

• You may contact us to add or remove excursions until December 15, 2023.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: 

• Airfare is NOT included and must be purchased directly from an airline of your choosing. The airport code in PHUCKET  is HKT.  You are required to provide your flight details via email at least 30 days prior to the departure date. The transportation is only for the dates that are booked with your reservation.  Failure to provide your flight details one month prior will result in forfeiting your ground transportation and will be strictly enforced for this trip. 

• Final Payment: Final payment must be received on or before the final payment due date. Failure to submit the final payment as required will result in an automatic cancellation of the entire reservation. Just Stamped will not be held responsible for any loss of funds due to cancellation.
• Travel Insurance:  Insurance is highly recommended to protect your travel investment. You are responsible for purchasing your insurance policy. If you choose a "cancel for any reason" policy (which you should), most carriers require that you purchase the policy within 14-21 days of the initial purchase while others on the day of your initial deposit.

A VALID PASSPORT THAT DOES NOT EXPIRE WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF THE RETURN DATE IS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS EVENT. 

Due to strict contractual obligations, This trip is NON REFUNDABLE for ANY REASON UNLESS WE CANCEL. The final payment due date is February 11, 2025. Any reservations not paid in full by the final payment date will be cancelled and all monies forfeited. If you do not have your passport it can be skipped in the booking section. However, passports are required to attend this trip.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation must be received in writing. The following cancellation terms apply. No refunds are made for late cancellations, no-shows, or unused services during this trip. Travel delays, trip cancellations, trip interruptions, loss of property, and medical services will not be reimbursed and must be submitted to passenger's travel insurance for claims. Just Stamped is not held liable for any aforementioned incidents.

A $300.00  NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due to secure your booking. Space is subject to availability and still has to be booked. 

 If cancellation notice is received after final payment, the following terms apply:

• Non-refundable resort rates
• If the number of individuals occupying a room decreases, the remaining travelers will be responsible for additional costs incurred as a result of a change in the per-person occupancy rate
• Nonrefundable travel agent fees if applicable
