What to expect..

The royal retreat experience is exclusively for “Couples Only”  to focus on rejuvenating your relationship while luxuriating in 4 nights and 5 days of an unforgettable romantic getaway in paradise.  From the moment you arrive in Curacao you’ll be treated as the “ROYAL COUPLE” that you are. Couples will be personally greeted  by the professional staff  and escorted to your air conditioned motor coach driven by a selected Sandals Resorts driver while you sit back, relax and take in the beautiful island scenery.  Upon arrival you will be “welcomed home” with a cool island cocktail and a cold towel with private check-in. This all inclusive Royal Couples retreat will give you the opportunity to reconnect and spend private couple time, as well as have fun and meet and mingle with other like-minded couples.

What’s NOT included in this trip:

  • Airfare is NOT included and must be purchased directly from an airline of your choosing.  The airport code in CUR.  You are required to provide your flight details via email at least 45 days prior to the departure date. The transportation is ONLY for the dates that are booked with us.  Failure to provide your flight details by the due date will result in forfeiting your ground transportation and will be strictly enforced for this trip.  
  • Travel insurance is Not included - You can choose to purchase external travel insurance to protect your investment.  Our trip is 100% NON refundable for ANY reason, unless WE cancel the event. 
  • Spa Service is Not included
  • OPTIONAL excursions are Not included
  • Items of a personal nature, souvenirs are not included
  • Credit card transaction fees are Not included- There is a one time mandatory credit card transaction fee charged. The fee is from the credit card processing company and will be divided into each of your monthly payments.  You will see the full amount on your statement but it will be divided equally into your monthly payments.
 
 
 

 

 

CONTRACT TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

 Contracted Group rates are from May 24 -28, 2027

 

Everyone must reserve with Caribbean Travel Queen Travel Agency to be a part of our group AND to participate in any of our group activities.

All rooms are based on availability at the time of booking. If a room category is sold out, you must book the next available option.

The rates listed are Per Person with 2 people sharing 1 room.  King beds 

A VALID PASSPORT THAT DOES NOT EXPIRE WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF THE RETURN DATE IS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE.

Due to strict contractual obligations, this trip is NON-REFUNDABLE unless it is canceled by Sandals Resorts or Caribbean Travel Queen.
If the trip is canceled by you, you will not receive a refund or travel credit unless you have purchased optional travel insurance. If you cancel and you have insurance, you must file your claim directly with the insurance provider.  You have the option to purchase external travel insurance to protect your investment. You may purchase through this company or any provider of your choice. If you cancel your trip, claims must be submitted directly to the insurance company you selected.
For all questions regarding coverage, benefits, or claims, you must contact the insurance provider directly.

Deposit – The first deposit of $100.00 per person is due at the time of booking lock in the group rate.
Monthly payments are required until the balance is paid in full or until the final payment due date. To join this trip, EVERYONE is required to activate autopay.
Monthly payments without autopay are not permitted.

Final payment is due February 1, 2027.
Any reservation not paid in full by this date will incur a $200.00 late penalty per person on February 15, 2027.
This fee is mandatory and will automatically be added to your invoice. Once the fee is applied, you will have 15 days to pay the full balance.
Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of all monies paid. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS.

 
Schedule of Events-  Will be emailed to the group at a later date.  Optional group excursion with rates will be determined at a later date.
 

Additional Information: 

Check in time is at 3:00 pm and Check out time is at 12:00 noon, However, if you arrive early you can eat, drink and use the facility until your room is ready to check in at 3:00 pm.

At Check-in the resort will ask you to place a credit card on file for incidentals for $400.00. This will be returned back to your card at check out as long as nothing is charged to your room.
