CONTRACT TERMS & CONDITIONS.  Please be sure that you have FULLY read the Terms & Conditions BEFORE you sign the contract.

 

Our Contracted Group rates are from May 28 - June 1, 2025

 
  • YOU MUST BE 18 OR OVER TO JOIN US. 
  • Everyone must reserve with Caribbean Travel Queen travel agency to be a part of our group AND to participate with any of our group activities. 
  • All rooms are based on availability at the time of booking. If sold out you must book the next available room.
  • A VALID PASSPORT THAT DOES NOT EXPIRE WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF THE RETURN DATE IS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE. 
  • Due to strict contractual obligations, This trip is NON REFUNDABLE unless it is canceled by Sandals or Caribbean travel Queen. If the trip is canceled by YOU, you will not receive a refund or travel credit- unless you got through your insurance company directly.
  • You have the option to purchase EXTERNAL travel insurance to protect your investment.. Please click the link to receive an insurance quote: https://tinyurl.com/Travel-Insurance-click-here  You can purchase the insurance directly through the insurance company or you can use any insurance company of your choice.  If you cancel your trip, please submit the claim to the insurance company that you've purchased the insurance from.  For questions about the insurance policy and coverage you will need to contact the insurance company directly.  
  • Deposit- The first deposit is $100.00 per person to lock in the rate due by October 28,2023.  The monthly payment is $100 per person until the final payment due date or until paid in full.  
  • To join this trip, EVERYONE will be required to turn the autopay on OR Make a monthly payments each month of a $100.00 per person. You can pay more than the $100 per person monthly or make an additional payment at any time. The monthly payment is not optional.  
  • The final payment is due on February 15, 2025. Any reservations not paid in full by the final payment date will incur a late penalty of $200.00 per person on February 20, 2025. This mandatory fee will be automatically added to your invoice. After the fee is charged,  the trip must be paid in FULL within 15 days, or your reservation will be cancelled and all monies forfeited. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS. 
  • Registration must be reserved in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Nicknames are not permitted. 
 
Schedule of Events-  Will be email the group the schedule of events and excursions options at a later date. 
 

Additional Information: 

Check in time is at 3:00 pm and Check out time is at 12:00 noon, However, if you arrive early you can use the facility until your room is ready to check in at 3:00 pm.

At Check-in the resort will ask you to place a credit card on file for incidentals for $400.00. This will be returned back to your card at check out as long as nothing is charged to your room.

 
Credit Card Authorization

By providing my credit card information and or turning on the autopay feature, I authorize Caribbean Travel Queen to charge the credit card, debit card or bank account indicated on this invoice for the noted amount on today's date. This payment is for the services described on the invoice including the mandatory credit card transaction fee.  I understand that all payments made to Caribbean Travel Queen  are non-refundable for ANY REASON unless the trip is canceled by Caribbean Travel Queen Or Sandals Resorts.   I am confirming that I was offered the option to purchase insurance from an independent insurance company.   I understand that if canceled I am required to email my cancellation request to Caribbean Travel Queen and contact the insurance company to submit a claim.  I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on this invoice.  If a false dispute is made I will be responsible for ALL fees, including legal fees and or bank fees that will incur in pursuing and recovering the funds for the false dispute.

Due to strict contractual obligations, this trip is NON-REFUNDABLE unless it is canceled by Sandals Resorts or Caribbean Travel Queen. If the trip is canceled by you, you will not receive a refund or travel credit unless you have purchased optional travel insurance. If you cancel and you have insurance, you must file your claim directly with the insurance provider.

You may purchase through this company or any provider of your choice. If you cancel your trip, claims must be submitted directly to the insurance company you selected.
For all questions regarding coverage, benefits, or claims, you must contact the insurance provider directly.

Deposit – The first deposit of $100.00 per person is due at the time of booking. The final payment is due on or before February 1, 2027 

Credit card transaction -The credit card company charges a one-time convenience transaction fee. This fee is not charged by Caribbean Travel Queen or Sandals Resorts, but is imposed directly by the credit card processor. You will see the total fee listed on your invoice, but it will be divided equally into your monthly payments.

To join this trip, EVERYONE is required to activate autopay. Monthly payments without autopay are not permitted. Monthly payments are required until the balance is paid in full or until the final payment due date.

Final payment is due February 1, 2027. Any reservation not paid in full by this date will incur a $200.00 late penalty per person on February 15, 2027. This fee is mandatory and will automatically be added to your invoice. Once the fee is applied, you will have 15 days to pay the full balance. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of all monies paid. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS.
