Guests opting for the land-only package must book their own flights. Be sure to check flight dates and ensure your arrival airport is LAS (McCarran International Airport, Las Vegas).

Guests can choose to set up automatic monthly installment payments—secure, easy, and hassle-free. Simply select this option during registration, and equal installments will be deducted from your chosen payment method.
Travelers must book using the full name that appears on their government-issued travel document. Any name changes after booking may result in additional fees. If you're a U.S. citizen flying domestically, all you need is a valid government-issued ID. Just a heads-up—starting May 7, 2025, a REAL ID or passport will be required for domestic flights.
We partner with trusted third-party payment processors like Travel Joy to handle credit card transactions seamlessly. This ensures you can book your trip hassle-free using any major credit or debit card.

We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances can arise, leading to the need to cancel or modify your planned trip. To ensure clarity and transparency, we have established the following Trip Cancellation Policy:
1. Agency Cancellation Fees:
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or text.
The date of cancellation is determined by the date we receive your written request.
Agency Cancellation fees are as follows:
More than 60 days before departure: A cancellation fee of $50 per traveler regardless of travel protection.
45 to 60 days before departure: A cancellation fee of $75 per traveler regardless of travel protection.
30 to 44 days before departure: A cancellation fee of $100 per traveler regardless of travel protection.
15 to 29 days before departure: A cancellation fee of $150 per traveler regardless of travel protection.
Less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be provided.
2. Non-Refundable Services:
Certain services, such as non-refundable/non-changeable airfare, Villas/Cabins/Condos/Houses (example Airbnb/VRBO) accommodations, or special tours/excursions, may be subject to separate cancellation policies imposed by the service providers. These services are non-refundable after deposits have been made. All excursions are non-refundable once booked.
3. Cancellation Protection:
We strongly recommend that clients purchase travel insurance with trip cancellation coverage. Travel insurance can provide protection against unforeseen circumstances, such as medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other events that may lead to trip cancellations. Please inquire about our available travel insurance options. However, Agency cancellation fees are separate from Travel protection.
4. Rebooking or Modifications:
In cases where you wish to modify your travel plans instead of canceling, we will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to availability and any additional costs incurred due to changes. However, there is a $50 per package change fee to modify existing reservations and fees must be paid at the time of the change.
5. No-Show Policy:
If you fail to show up for your trip without prior notification, no refund will be provided, and the entire trip cost will be forfeited.
6. Force Majeure:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political instability, or health emergencies, that necessitate the cancellation of a trip, our travel agency will work to reschedule or refund your trip costs to the extent possible. However, we cannot guarantee full refunds in such cases.
7. Refund Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 60 business days from the date of your cancellation request, less any applicable cancellation fees.
8. Credit Card Chargebacks:
If it is determined that a traveler within a group has made fraudulent claims related to credit card transactions with our company, the entire group may be at jeopardy of cancellations without refund. Fraudulent claims include, but are not limited to, false chargebacks, unauthorized disputes, or any intentional misrepresentation of transactions.
