Day 1

Thursday, July 4th – Skyline Spectacle: Arrival & Epic 4th of July

    • Upon Arrival: Seamless Airport Pick-Up from MSY
      You land, and we've got you. A shuttle will escort you straight to the hotel.

    • 4:00 PM: Check-in at Doubletree by Hilton, Canal Street
      Luxe accommodations and a warm cookie are waiting!

    • 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM: Azure Oasis Welcome Soirée 
      Start the trip in style with an exclusive welcome event paired right with signature cocktails and flavorful bites and fabulous company. 

    • 8:00 PM - 10:00 PM: 4th of July Skyline Spectacle: Exclusive Fireworks Viewing Party
      Ring in Independence Day with champagne and a sky full of fireworks.

    • 10 PM - Until: Optional - Two-Step to Experience NOLA at Dark
 
 
Day 2: 

Friday, July 5th – The Essence Experience Begins

    • 8:00 AM - 9:30 AM: Gourmet Daily Breakfast at the Hotel A hot buffet to fuel your day.

    • 11 AM - 1 PM: Surprise Experience - will meet to have a one-of-a-kind experience in New Orleans

    • 11:00 PM: Optional Late-Night Bourbon Street Experience For those who want to explore NOLA nightlife.

 
Day 3: 

Saturday, July 6th – Azure Oasis & Culinary Delights

    • 8:00 AM - 9:30 AM: Gourmet Daily Breakfast at the Hotel Start your day the right way, the gourmet way!

    • 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM: NOLA Culinary Masterclass: Hands-On Cooking Experience Learn how to whip up some classic New Orleans dishes.

    • 2:30 PM - 4:00 PM: Azure Oasis Pool Party: A Chic Blue Pool Party Extravaganza Azure waters, blue cocktails. Don your chicest "Blue" swimwear and let's make a splash in style!  

 
Day 4: 

Sunday, July 7th – The Grand Essence Finale & Voyage on the Bayou

    • 8:00 AM - 9:30 AM: Gourmet Daily Breakfast at the Hotel Because every queen needs her fuel.

    • 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM: All-Blue Elixir Reception: Voyage on the Bayou: Farewell River Cruise & Dinner A scenic river cruise, fine dining, and a toast to new friendships. Cheers to sisterhood with cocktails as blue as the NOLA sky at dusk.

Day 5: 

Monday, July 8th – Au Revoir, Queens

      One last royal feast before we part ways.

    • 11:00 AM: Check-Out from Doubletree by Hilton
      We'll be saying goodbye, but you'll be leaving with a heart full of memories and a phone full of new contacts.

      Our shuttle will take you to the airport, so you can return home as effortlessly as you arrived.
