Our fee covers a range of services to make your trip exceptional, including:

2. Itinerary Customization: Crafting a tailored itinerary that aligns with your preferences and interests.

3. Flight and Hotel Accommodation: We'll take care of all the logistics, securing the best flight and hotel accommodation options available within your budget.

4. Transportation Arrangements: Assistance with transportation options, whether it's car rentals, transfers, or local transportation recommendations.

5. Activity Reservations: We can book any desired activities or tours.

6. Travel Guidance: We provide expert advice on travel documentation, safety, and local customs.

7. 24/7 Support: Throughout your journey, we offer round-the-clock support to address any unexpected issues.

We do not service "air-only" requests as you have more flexibility booking your flight directly through the airline's website

We do not service "Airbnb/condos" as you have more flexibility booking them directly through the Airbnb website

Booking Policies:

•Please provide the most accurate information as possible

•Your quote will include a minimum of two or three options based on the information gathered via the travel inquiry form and/or our consultation.

•We offer two revisions to this quote. Any revisions or quotes after this are subject to a $15 fee. This includes but is not limited to the change of dates, change of travelers, change of locations, change of resort/hotel options, etc. Therefore, please consult with your party before submitting the form.

•Please be aware after the initial deposit is paid & confirmed, if you choose to change any aspect of your trip (dates, # of travelers, destination, flights, etc), a change fee of $25 per person will be charged in addition to the fee charged by the resort/airline. If booking has to be cancelled, a cancellation fee of $50 per person will be charged in addition to the fee charged by the resort/airline. These fees are charged by Key Luxury Dream Vacations and do not include any additional fees that may be charged by the airline, hotel, or other components of your trip. 

 •Most final payments are due 30-60 days prior to your travel date, so if your travel dates are 30 days or less, the full payment would need to be paid at the time of booking
