Marvel-LOUS Vacations Cruise Booking Terms & Conditions
Introduction
These Cruise Booking Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all bookings made with Marvel-LOUS Vacations. By confirming your booking, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking Process
1.1 Eligibility:
All passengers must be at least 21 years of age to book a cruise. Passengers under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult.
1.2 Deposit & Final Payment:
A non-refundable deposit of $250 per person is required to secure your booking. Final payment is due no later than 91 days before the cruise departure date. Failure to make final payment on time may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.
1.3 Payment Methods:
We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and direct bank transfers. All payments must be made in US Dollars.
1.4 Price Changes:
Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed with a deposit. Once a deposit is made, the price of the booking is locked in, except for government taxes, fees, or surcharges, which may be added at any time.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
2.1 Cancellations by the Passenger:
Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following penalties:
- From the final payment date to 56 days prior to sailing, the penalty is the standard deposit amount .
- From 55 days prior to sailing to 30 days prior to sailing, the penalty is 50% of the Total Fare or the standard deposit amount, whichever is greater.
- From 29 to 15 days prior to sailing, the penalty is 75% of the Total Fare or the standard deposit amount, whichever is greater.
-From 14 days prior to sailing to the day of your cruise, the penalty is 100% of the Total Fare.
-No refunds will be made if you do not show up for your cruise or if you interrupt or cancel your vacation once it has begun.
2.2 Cancellations by Marvel-LOUS Vacations:
In the event that Marvel-LOUS Vacations cancels the cruise for any reason, a full refund will be provided. Marvel-LOUS Vacations is not responsible for any additional costs, including airfare or hotel accommodations.
2.3 Trip Interruption & Missed Departures:
No refunds will be given for interruptions due to personal circumstances or missed departures due to late arrival at the port.

3. Changes to Bookings
3.1 Modifications by the Passenger:
Passengers may request changes to their booking (such as cabin upgrades, itinerary changes, etc.) up to 90 days before departure, subject to availability and additional charges.
3.2 Changes by Marvel-LOUS Vacations:
Marvel-LOUS Vacations reserves the right to modify the itinerary, ports of call, or other aspects of the cruise experience due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, mechanical issues). These changes will not be considered grounds for a refund.

4. Travel Insurance
4.1 Required Insurance:
We strongly recommend all passengers obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical expenses, lost baggage, and personal liability. Marvel-LOUS Vacations is not responsible for any losses that could have been covered by travel insurance.

5. Documentation & Identification
5.1 Passports & Visas:
All passengers are responsible for ensuring they have the required passports, visas, and other travel documents i.e. birth certificates necessary for their cruise. Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond the cruise return date.
5.2 Failure to Provide Documentation:
Passengers who fail to provide the required documentation will not be allowed to board the cruise, and no refund will be issued.

6. Health & Safety
6.1 Medical Conditions:
Passengers with medical conditions or requiring special assistance must notify Marvel-LOUS Vacations at the time of booking. Failure to disclose relevant medical information may result in denial of boarding without refund.
6.2 Fitness to Travel:
Marvel-LOUS Vacations reserves the right to deny boarding to any passenger deemed unfit for travel for health, safety, or security reasons.

7. Liability & Responsibility
7.1 Marvel-LOUS Vacations Liability:
Marvel-LOUS Vacations acts solely as an intermediary between passengers and the cruise operators and is not liable for any delays, cancellations, accidents, injuries, losses, or damages occurring during the cruise or associated travel.
7.2 Passenger Responsibility:
Passengers are responsible for adhering to all local laws and regulations at each port of call. Marvel-LOUS Vacations is not responsible for passengers who are refused entry into any country.

8. Code of Conduct
8.1 Behavior on Board:
Passengers must behave in a respectful and orderly manner. Marvel-LOUS Vacations and the cruise operator reserve the right to remove any passenger from the cruise without refund for inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to verbal or physical abuse, illegal activity, or disturbing the peace.

9. Force Majeure
9.1 Unforeseen Events:
Marvel-LOUS Vacations shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, war, pandemics, or governmental actions.

10. Governing Law
10.1 Jurisdiction:
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Florida.

11. Amendments
11.1 Right to Amend:
Marvel-LOUS Vacations reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
