- Male and female travelers are welcome.
- A credit card will be required for check-in to cover anticipated room incidentals and room charges.
- Travel Antics does not communicate via text messages.
- All communication, trip details, invoices will be sent via email. It is the travelers responsibility to read and respond to the emails.
- Travel Antics can not guarantee bedding. Accommodations are at the discretion of the hotel staff and assigned at check-in.
- Monthly payments are required and will be automatically calculated at the time of checkout.
- Valid passport books are required for travel. You can register now and secure your passport at a later date.
- Airport transportation is only provided for guest flying into Cancun International Airport (Airport Code: CUN)
- Flight details MUST be submitted on or before September 25, 2026. If not, you will be responsible for your transportation to and from the resort. No refunds will be provided.
- Changes to the name on a reservation are permitted prior to the final payment deadline for a fee of $150, in addition to any applicable vendor-specific charges.
Travel Protection
We highly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel protection to protect their investment. You are free to choose any reputable provider, but we suggest Travel Safe and recommend the Classic Plus Policy with Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) coverage for added security.

Cancellation Policy:
THIS TRIP IS 100% NONREFUNDABLE
All payments, including but not limited to deposits, trip payments, late fees, cancellation fees, service fees, and convenience fees, are nonrefundable. This applies under all circumstances, with no exceptions.
Failure to submit payments by the due date may result in the cancellation of your reservation. Travel Antics will not hold any reservation without proper payment. If final payments are not received by the due date, your trip will be canceled, and all payments will be forfeited.

Travel Antics Terms and Conditions
- Name Changes: Changes to the name on a reservation are permitted prior to the final payment deadline for a fee of $150, in addition to any applicable vendor-specific charges.
- Valid passport books with a minimum of 6 month validity are required for international travel (passport cannot expire within 6 months of the last day of your trip). Passengers can be denied boarding at their own expense if passport books are not valid.
- Flight details MUST be submitted on or before September 25, 2026. If flight details are not received by the required due date. The traveler will be responsible for their own airport transportation.
- You will receive a booking confirmation within 2 business days.
