Payment Schedule
Monthly payments are highly encouraged.  This ensures that travelers don't risk the opportunity to fall behind.  All payments must be made in full by the stated deadline (SEPTEMBER 1st). Late payments beyond the deadline cannot be accepted due to airline and vendor contract requirements. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of payments already made.

Non-Refundable Components
*Private ground transportation (including airport transfers, Napa Valley Experience transfers, Hop-On/Hop-Off Day Pass) are non-refundable once paid to the vendors. These services are contracted based on final group numbers and cannot be refunded or transferred after confirmation.  Insurance to protect your investment is highly recommended.

Partially Refundable Components
Airfare and hotel accommodations are subject to airline and supplier cancellation policies. Partial refunds or credits, if any, are determined solely by the supplier and are not guaranteed.

Travel Insurance
Travel protection is strongly recommended due to the non-refundable nature of group components. Travelers who decline insurance assume full financial responsibility for any losses due to cancellation, interruption, delays, illness, emergencies, or personal circumstances.

Pricing & Availability
All pricing is subject to change until confirmed and secured with deposit. Space is limited and not guaranteed until payment is received and confirmation is issued.  This applies to both single and double occupancy rooms.

Group Minimums
Group rates and experiences are based on minimum participation requirements. If minimums are not met, pricing, inclusions, or availability may be adjusted and at the expense of remaining travelers.  Keep It Moving Travels will not be held responsible for these adjustments.

Supplier Responsibility
Keep It Moving Travels acts solely as an agent for third-party suppliers and is not responsible for schedule changes, service interruptions, lost luggage, medical emergencies, penalties, or cancellations imposed by airlines, hotels, transportation providers, or tour operators.
