Please read the following important information carefully. By placing your deposit, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to adhere to these terms.
- Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable: All bookings are FINAL. Deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Payment Options:
- Full Payment: You can choose to pay the full amount upfront.
- Monthly Payments: Monthly payment plans are available. The schedule is detailed on the last page and will be sent via invoice monthly, seven days before the due date.

Late Fees:
- A $25 late fee is applied if payments are not received within 3 days after the due date.
- If 2 consecutive monthly payments are missed, your trip may be canceled based on our TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is mandatory for this trip. We recommend Allianz. PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE HERE.

Deposit, Payment, and Cancelation Policy:
By completing this booking form and deposit you are indicating that you understand and agree to the following: This retreat deposit is non-refundable and non transferable. The deposit for the Goddess Technology Retreat is $300.00 (NOTE: subject to change based on the booking date). All additional payments will be via payment plan or paid in full. Final payments/paid in full must be completed by July 15, 2026. We reserve the right to cancel your booking (with all previous policy rules applied), if final balance is not received by July 15, 2026. Past due installment payments are subject to cancellation at the discretion of retreat host.
Your retreat payments are transferable. Transfers must meet the following standards: Women 21+, a woman that is NOT an existing attendee, Payment plan is fully completed, the person much make their $500 (non-refundable) deposit with their own booking (for monies to be applied).
Cancellation Policy. Unexpected events can arise that affect your plans. If for any reason you are unable to attend the following cancellation policy is applied: a. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. b. You have 7 days from the date of booking to cancel your booking and all payments (not including credit/debt/bank fees) less the non-refundable deposit will be refunded. b. The remaining balance is due July 15, 2026, unless otherwise noted. c. If you cancel without transferring as stated in the above section, the deposit and any payments made will be forfeited. d. Host reserves the right to cancel your reservation if you are unreachable to finalize payment by July 15, 2026. Host reserves the right to resell your reservation/spot, which will result in your deposit and payments made to be forfeited. e. Having completed the booking and paid the deposit, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
