Transportation
All transportation for group events is provided and the airport transfers arrival and departure to Catania Airport. Drivers are limited to 8 hours maximum per day by Italian law.
You will have the choice to participate in two unique paid excursions, or you may spend you day at leisure, exploring Ragusa or relaxing at the hotel.
Option 1 - Explore Noto, Lunch and Granita Workshop
Today begins with a private guided tour of Noto, Sicily’s Baroque jewel and a UNESCO World Heritage site, where golden stone facades and ornate architecture tell centuries of history. Stroll through elegant piazzas, visit stunning churches, and experience the timeless charm of this southern gem. After the tour, continue inland to Buccheri, a picturesque mountain village known for its culinary traditions and authentic Sicilian character. Here, you’ll take part in a delightful granita workshop at a local producer, where you’ll learn the art of crafting this beloved Sicilian treat using natural, seasonal ingredients. A relaxed lunch at Osteria U Locale offers the perfect taste of rustic mountain cuisine. (minimum of 5 participants)

Today, immerse yourself in the rich cultural and culinary heritage of Modica, a UNESCO-listed gem in the Val di Noto. Known for its striking Baroque architecture and long-standing chocolate tradition, Modica
offers a truly multisensory experience. Begin with a guided tour through its charming streets, filled with ornate churches, noble palaces, and scenic views carved into the hills. Afterward, visit a historic chocolate atelier for an engaging chocolate-making class. Discover the secrets of Modica’s cold-processed chocolate, inspired by ancient Aztec techniques and passed down through generations. With the help of expert chocolatiers, you’ll create your own sweet treats using natural ingredients and authentic Sicilian flavors.
