Payment Terms

• A non-refundable deposit of $400 per person is required to secure your spot.
• The remaining balance must be paid in equal monthly installments until August 1, 2025.
• Final payment is due August 1, 2025.
• Late payments will incur an additional fee of $25 per person.

Cancellations

All group bookings with Escape with Style Travel LLC are non-refundable in full. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unforeseen events.

In certain cases, a credit may be applied for the amount paid (excluding the deposit), valid for one year from the cancellation date.

Name changes are allowed before the third payment with a fee of $200 per person.

VISA INFORMATION

US citizens do not require a visa to enter Japan. However, travelers from other countries may have different visa requirements. It is important for each passenger to check the specific visa regulations based on their nationality.

We strongly advise travelers to start the visa application process well in advance of the planned travel date to allow ample time for processing. It’s important to consult the appropriate embassy or consulate and follow all guidelines to ensure a smooth process.

As the travel agency, Escape with Style Travel, we must clarify that the agency cannot be held responsible for any issues related to the airline's refusal to allow boarding due to inadequate or incorrect documentation. In such cases, the passenger forfeits any right to request a refund or compensation from either the airline or the travel agency.

To avoid any travel disruptions, we recommend passengers thoroughly review the visa requirements and ensure all necessary documents are in order well before the travel date. Travelers are fully responsible for processing their visa, including ensuring passport validity and meeting any other entry requirements outlined by the destination country.
