🌴 Host Resort: Turtle Beach Barbados (all inclusive)

Located on a stunning 1,500-foot stretch of white sandy beach on the lively South Coast of Barbados, Turtle Beach, Barbados, A Tribute Portfolio All-Inclusive Resort appeals to families and couples. It is only 20 minutes from Bridgetown, the capital of Barbados and a short walk to St. Lawrence Gap, an area filled with nightlife and restaurants.

Stay at any of the Marriott sister properties in Barbados and enjoy access to a variety of restaurants and bars through the exclusive Dine Around Program. Their complimentary water taxi connects all participating West Coast properties, offering a relaxing way to explore and dine during the day (weather permitting). Please note: Turtle Beach is not located on the West Coast and is not included in the water taxi service.

Exchange Dining
All Inclusive Hotels - Guests staying at Crystal Cove, Turtle Beach, Tamarind, Treasure Beach, or Waves Resort & Spa can enjoy free exchange dining between these hotels. To dine between the hotels, guests need to speak with the Front Desk of the hotel where they are staying in order to make dining reservations at the other property. Guests staying at The House can enjoy free dining at Crystal Cove, Tamarind, Turtle Beach, Treasure Beach and/or Waves Resort & Spa. Please note that it is not permitted for guests of the sister hotels to dine at The House.

Terms & Conditions

1. Payment Plan
   - A monthly payment plan is mandatory for all bookings; payment is due by 15th of each month.
   - Deposit is strictly non-refundable, and non-transferable under any circumstances.

2. Name Changes
   - Any changes to the name on the reservation will incur a fee of $50. This fee applies per change made.
   - It is essential to ensure that your booking details match your official travel documents to avoid any issues.

3. Late Payments
   - An additional fee of $50 will be charged for each month the account remains overdue.
   - If two consecutive payments are missed, the reservation will be automatically canceled, and all prior payments will be forfeited without exceptions.

4. Occupancy Changes
   - If there is a change from double occupancy to solo occupancy due to one guest canceling, the canceling guest will not receive a refund for any payments made.
   - The remaining solo occupant will be liable for the single occupancy rate applicable at the time their travel partner cancels.

5. Roommate Policy
   - Before booking, please carefully consider your roommate’s financial commitment and travel plans.
   - Should your roommate cancel or be removed from the booking due to non-payment, your reservation will be updated to the higher single occupancy rate.
   - A $50 fee will be charged for any name changes on the reservation due to such circumstances.

6. Registration
   - Please ensure that your reservation is made using the full name as it appears on your U.S. Passport.
   - Any name changes or corrections post-booking will attract a fee of $100. Accuracy during registration helps avoid these charges and travel inconveniences.

8. Travel Insurance
   - While travel insurance is not obligatory, it is highly recommended. It provides essential protection against unforeseen events that may affect your travel plans.

9. Cancellations
    - To cancel your booking, please send an email directly to Quaynteece Scrubb at surrealjourneystravelqls@gmail.com.
    - Ensure you receive and retain cancellation confirmation for your records.
