What's not included:
- Flights - Each guest is responsible for their own roundtrip flight. When purchasing flights, the airport code for San Juan is SJU.
- Travel Insurance - This is an additional cost and is highly recommended to protect your investment if you need to cancel, have flight delays, medical coverage, etc.
- Excursions/Activities outside of exclusive parties and events.
- Gratuities for drivers or hotel staff.
Deposits & Monthly Payment Plan Options:
- Deposit $250-$300 per person based on package
- Monthly Payments are MANDATORY. NO EXCEPTION.
- Your monthly payment date depends on when you book, this will be your payment date each month.
- You have the option to have your payments automatically drafted. You will also be sent automated reminders. Monthly Payments are MANDATORY. NO EXCEPTION.
- If you need to reschedule your monthly payment or will be late , please notify us by email only to info@womenandwineweekend.com. Please note, there is a $25 fee for any payments more than 20 days late.
- We are here to make your experience as seamless as possible. We understand that sometimes things do not go as planned, please contact us by email should you need to make changes to your reservation. Although there are some stipulations we will do our best to accommodate.

- All payments are non-refundable!!!!!!
- Please register in your Full Legal Name as it appears on your government-issued identification.
- No Passport required for this event
- A negative covid-19 test or proof of vaccination is REQUIRED to enter into San Juan, PR.
- The hotel will require you to bring your driver’s license and credit/debit card upon check-in. This card will be kept on file for the duration of this trip only for any incidental charges during your stay.
- Please notify Taj Travel Events LLC of a missed payment or cancellation in writing at info@womenandwineweekend.com . If no contact or payment is made within 10 days of missed payment your reservation will be automatically canceled.
