By making a reservation with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Deposits and Payments:
• All deposits made for travel reservations are non-refundable.
• Prices and availability are subject to change until a deposit is paid.
• It is highly recommended that you purchase travel insurance to protect your investment.
2. Travel Documents:
• Passengers are responsible for ensuring they possess the proper travel documents (e.g., passport, visa, ID) required for their journey.
3. Reservation Name:
• The reservation name must match your legal name as it appears on your passport or identification document.
4. Name Changes: • Name changes, if allowed, will incur a minimum fee of $150 per name change. Name change requests are subject to the discretion of the Company.
5. Monthly Payments:
• Monthly payments are suggested to keep your reservation current. Reservations that have went 60 days without a payment can be cancelled without notification.
• Please take note of the final payment date, as it will not be extended.
• Failure to make the final payment by the specified due date will result in the cancellation of your travel reservation without a refund.
6. Cancellation and Refunds:
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• For cancellations made after the final payment date, no refunds will be issued. Refunds are subject to the vendors policy and may not be given. It is best to have travel insurance to protect your investment.
7. Travel Itinerary:
• The travel itinerary and details provided by the Company are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. The Company will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes.
8. Travel Insurance:
• We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected events, including trip cancellations, interruptions, medical emergencies, and baggage loss.
9. Responsibility:
• The Company is not responsible for any losses, damages, injuries, or expenses incurred during your travel. You are responsible for your own safety and well-being during the trip.
