OPTIONAL CRUISE INSURANCE
|
Cruise insurance is optional and will be made available to you before your final balance is due. It includes 100% refund for covered reasons such as illness, weather delay, etc. Includes 75% refunds to cancel for any reason. Also includes basic travel insurance for medical and trip interruption. GRATUITY
|
Gratuity is $128 per person, it can be added to your reservation and paid in advance or it can be paid onboard the ship.

TRAVELERS PER ROOM
|
- Solo cabins: Any guest traveling solo (1 person in 1 cabin) will be required to pay double occupancy per cruise line policy.
- 4 people per cabin: Carnival has a limited number or cabins that are allocated for 4 guests. To ensure that you're able to secure a cabin that holds 4 people you'll want to make your 1st payment of $250 per person as soon as possible so the necessary cabin can be secured.
- Handicap accessible cabins: Special accommodation cabins are limited. To ensure that one is available for you or your guests you'll want to make your full deposit of $250 per person as soon as possible.

CABIN ASSIGNMENTS
|
Specific cabin numbers can only be assigned once at least $250 per person has been paid (or $500 for solo cruisers.) I will make an attempt to put you near your immediate friends and family but it is always subject to cabin availability.
Note: Balcony & inside cabins will be on either deck 8, 9 or 10. Oceanview cabins are on deck 1.

CANCELLATIONS

Deposit & 1st payment: Non refundable
Remaining payments refundable until Mar 10th 2026
After Mar 10th 2026: Penalty is $250 per person
After April 14th 2026: Penalty is 50% per person
After May 10th 2026: Penalty is 75% per person
After May 25th 2026: Penalty is 100% per person
*Penalty is per person, applied to each guests in the cancelled cabin.

CHANGES
|
- Name changes: The name of the primary guest cannot be changed after Mar 10th 2026. After Mar 10th 2026 all name changes are at the discretion of Carnival and may require an additional fee.
- Cabin type changes: Changes to cabin type are subject to availability and may require repricing.
- Cabin location changes: Cabin number and/or deck changes are subject to ship availability and may require repricing.

TRAVELER REQUIREMENTS

*A passport is not required for US Citizens you may use a valid ID + birth certificate as an alternative
U.S. citizens taking a "closed-loop" cruises (sailings that both originate and terminate in the same U.S. port) are not required to have a passport, but will need proof of citizenship such as an original or certified copy of a birth certificate, a certificate of naturalization, a passport card, an enhanced driver's license (EDL) as well as a government-issued photo ID. Children are also required to bring proof of citizenship and if 16 and over a photo ID is also required.
*Minor children traveling without both parents may require an authorization letter
