
By choosing Resort Lovers International as your travel agency, you agree to these terms and conditions (the "Agreement"). "We", "us", and "our" refer to Resort Lovers International, and "you", "your", and "traveler" refer to the individual who signs this agreement on behalf of all guests. Please review the terms carefully and contact us with any questions.
OUR ROLE
Resort Lovers International sells travel-related products on behalf of service providers, such as airlines, hotels, and transportation companies. We are not liable for their actions and our obligations are limited to making bookings and arranging contracts between you and the service providers. Bookings are subject to the providers' terms and conditions, and any legal recourse is against the provider, not Resort Lovers International.
BOOKING

A deposit of $5 per person must be received before your spot can be reserved.

The $5 per person deposit is essentially a guarantee of cabin type and space within our group. Actual cabin numbers and individual confirmation numbers will be issued on or before Jan 15th 2026 and only if all scheduled payments have been made towards your reservation.

1st Payment: $25 per person ($50 solo) due by July 31, 2025

2nd Payment: $125 per person ($250 solo) due by September 10, 2025

3rd Payment: $125 per person ($250 solo) due by November 10, 2025

4th Payment: $125 per person ($250 solo) due by January 10, 2026

Final Balance: Due by March 1, 2026

INVOICES

You will receive an electronic invoice link via email, all payments are to be made securely via your invoice.

No cash or alternative means of accepting payments will be accepted.
LATE PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

It is the responsibility of the primary traveler to submit payments on or before the due date.

Bookings that do not receive payment before or on the payment due dates are subject to auto-cancel and cannot be reinstated.
MISC CABIN INFO
- Solo cabins: Any guest traveling solo (1 person in 1 cabin) will be required to pay double occupancy per cruise line policy.
- 4 people per cabin: Carnival has a limited number or cabins that are allocated for 4 guests. To ensure that you're able to secure a cabin that holds 4 people you'll want to pay a minimum of $250 per person as soon as possible so the necessary cabin can be secured.
- Handicap accessible cabins: Special accommodation cabins are limited. To ensure that one is available for you or your guests you'll want to make your full deposit of $250 per person as soon as possible.
CHANGES
- Name changes: The name of the primary guest cannot be changed after Mar 10th 2026.
- After Mar 10th 2026 changes are at the discretion of Carnival and may require an additional fee.
- Cabin type changes: Changes to cabin type are subject to availability and may require repricing.
- Cabin location changes: Cabin number and/or deck changes are subject to ship availability and may require repricing.
ADDITIONAL FEES
Additional fees such as airfare, port transfers, drink packages and excursions are the sole responsibility of the traveler.
REQUIREMENTS TO SAIL
TRAVELER RESPONSIBILITY

Travelers must provide their name and date of birth (DOB) exactly as listed on their passport, birth certificate and/or government ID.

Travelers must arrive on time for the cruise. No refunds will be given for passengers who do not arrive in time to sail.

Our agency is not responsible for missed flights, cruises, accommodation or cancellation due to traveler lateness or failure to provide proper documentation.

Pre-cruise accommodation and transfer options will be recommended but it is ultimately the travelers responsibility to secure their own transportation and/or accommodations.
PRIVACY
We respect your privacy and will not sell or share your personal information for any reason, except as required by law. We may occasionally send emails to our clients regarding special offers, promotions, or important updates related to your travel arrangements.
PHOTOS
Photos of this event and guests of this event may be used in future online posts or marketing.
LIABILITY
Resort Lovers International is not liable for harm or inconvenience caused by third-party travel providers or any reason including natural disasters, illness, war, civil unrest, and transportation failures. Please note foreign facilities may not meet US standards, and you are responsible for any additional costs due to uncontrollable factors.
CHARGEBACKS
By signing, you agree not to chargeback unless we breach the agreement and fail to remedy it. In case of chargeback without attempting to resolve with us, you will pay all related costs and expenses, including legal and chargeback fees. Non-compliance may result in legal action to recover all costs incurred by us.
ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE
Your electronic signature constitutes effective acknowledgement and execution of this Agreement and shall be sufficient to bind the parties to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by Texas law, without regard to conflict of law principles, and any disputes will be resolved in Texas courts.
