TRIP CANCELLATION POLICY:

DEPOSIT:  The required Deposit amount is Non-Refundable.  Your deposit acknowledges that you have read the Terms and Conditions set forth in this document and that you understand and accept said Terms and Conditions.

TRANSFERABLE TRIP:

If you are unable to travel and would like to transfer your trip to someone of your choice, it has to be done within 30 days prior to departure.  You must obtain approval from your roommate, if applicable, prior to making a request.

Further, any name change fees from any of our Travel Vendors will be your responsibility. Your replacement person must comply with the payment schedule as described in this document. 

All Luxe Travel & Cruise, LLC has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. Therefore, this trip is Non-Refundable. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation. 

TRAVEL INSURANCE POLICY:

It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you purchase a Travel Insurance Policy to protect your vacation investment. It is further recommended that you purchase the Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) option if available as an upgrade on your policy.  Several comprehensive travel insurance plans have this upgrade as a great option that allows travelers to cancel their trip for ANY REASON that is not otherwise covered in their base plan.

Missing a vacation is bad enough, but losing the money you paid is even worse. That being said, purchasing  trip cancellation insurance through www.TravelGuard.com or your selected Travel Insurance company that you have chosen, is highly recommended.

The Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) option is available as an upgrade on several of the comprehensive travel insurance plans and is a great option that allows travelers to cancel their trip for any reason that is not otherwise covered in their base plan, provided they cancel their trip more than 48 hours before their departure date. 

These products are available for purchase online and through the call center. If you have additional questions, give them a call at 800-826-5248, their World Service Center representatives are happy to help.

CANCELLATION BY TRAVELER: 

Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Email your cancellation request to info@AllLuxeTravel.com with your invoice number, full name and date of travel. If you do not receive an acknowledgment within 72 hours (or 3 business days), please call 512-694-9574 to ensure your information has been received. As stated above, you acknowledge and agree that all payments that you make to All Luxe Travel & Cruise, LLC is non-refundable.

This trip is Non-Refundable. If you are unable to travel, you must submit a claim to the Travel Insurance Company, www.TravelGuard.com or your selected Travel Insurance company that you have chosen. We will provide supporting documents requested by Insurer.

It is highly recommended to purchase trip cancellation insurance. 

MONTHLY PAYMENTS:

Scheduled monthly payments Must be made on or before the 20th of each month. Final payment must be received NO Later than AUGUST 20, 2024.

CONVENIENCE FEES

The convenience fee is comprised of credit card processing fees and Traveljoy's technology and administrative fees.  Traveljoy is a third-party processing company and the convenience fees are collected by their company. 

The convenience fees will be divided equally and will be included in the monthly payments.

TRAVEL INFORMATION:

• Travel abroad requires that your Passport be valid at least 6 months beyond our travel departure date unless the U.S. has a Waiver/Exemption with the country in which you are traveling. 

• Visitors traveling to the U.S. are required to be in possession of passports that are valid for six months beyond the period of their intended stay in the U.S. unless the U.S. has a waiver/exemption with said country. 

 • At this time, the country in which you are traveling has a Waiver/Exemption with the United States. Therefore, your passport must be active for the entire duration of your travel.  However, it is highly recommended that your passport be valid for six weeks beyond the period of your intended stay after your scheduled return to the U.S.

• Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport.

• Some countries may require that you bring your Covid Vaccination Card.  We will notify all travelers if such requirement is in force.

• All prices are based on the International rates of exchange in effect at the time of price quotation.  In the event that the US dollar devalues, All Luxe Travel & Cruise, LLC reserves the right to reflect changes in the final invoice.

• Should the airline price increase above the rate that was calculated in the cost of this trip, All Luxe Travel & Cruise, LLC reserve the right to reflect the price in the final invoice.

• You are responsible for your Airline Flights from your home base to JFK, New York and from JFK, New York back to your home base.

• Our tentative airline flight schedule is as follows: Depart JFK, New York (JFK) on Thursday, October 10, 2024 at 11:00p.m. and Arrive in Dubai (DBX) on Friday, October 11, 2024 at 7:45p.m. Dubai time. 

Return details are: Depart Dubai (DBX) on Saturday, October 19, 2024 at 2:50a.m. Dubai time.   Arrive in JFK, New York (JFK) on Saturday, October 19, 2024 at 8:50a.m. EST.  Flight schedule is subject to change. 

Prior to making your US Domestic Flight arrangements, please confirm that there are no changes based on the Airline Schedule. 

• At check in at Hotels, a credit Card may be required to cover personal incidentals.

• A full day by day itinerary will be provided 60 days before travel.

• A Facebook Event page specific to this trip will be created.

• A WhatsApp Group will be created.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: 

Provided full payment is received no later than your final payment due date, travel documents will be sent via email 20-30 days prior to travel. If documents are requested when e-documents are available, documents will be sent via USPS approximately 14-21 days prior, and a fee of $30 will apply.  A complete street address is required (no P.O Box).

• Monthly payments are required to retain your reservation. In the case that any payments are missed within the designated month to be paid, your trip maybe subject to cancellation without notice and all monies paid will be immediately forfeited. 

Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger payments than what is required of your monthly payment plan.  Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.

• Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.

• Airline seat arrangements are solely up to the airline.  Seats for this group tour are only located in economy class. If you require a certain seat, we recommend notifying us immediately.

• Name change fee will be accessed on or before the final payment date or your invoice plus any vendor fees. 

ROOMMATE:

• Should your roommate be canceled for any reason, you will be notified, at which time you may choose to find another roommate or choose to pay the single room rate.
