Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of $400 per person is due at the time of reservation for package only reservations.
If you would like for me to arrange flights, please make your reservations and contact Texas Girl Travel for assistance with flights.
Pricing, Payments, and Availability
Pricing and/or availability are subject to change until the deposit has been received. Upon payment of your deposit, an invoice with your payment schedule will be sent to you. Please ensure that payments are made on or before the scheduled due date. Late payments may result in cancellation or a late penalty of $50. All payments must be sent via the invoice that will be emailed to you. Monthly payments are recommended and custom payment plans are available.
Itinerary
The itinerary listed above is tentative. A full day-by-day itinerary will be provided at least three days before travel. Additions and or changes to this itinerary may occur at the request of Amanda. Any additional costs due to additions or changes will be communicated via email.
Passport & Visa Requirements
Passports are required and must be valid through October 26, 2025. A Visa on arrival is available for USA citizens and an e-card is required.
Airfare and Ground Transportations
Flights with a max of 2 stops from IAH/HOU Airport are included.
Ground Transfers are included from MBJ to Ocean Eden.
Ground Transfers are included for included group activities.
Cancellation
All cancellation requests must be submitted to Texas Girl Travel in writing. In the event of cancellation, all payments submitted to Texas Girl Travel, LLC. and suppliers are non-refundable and non-transferable. Travel Protection is recommended.
Double Occupancy
Texas Girl Travel, LLC. does not provide a roommate pairing service. You must have selected your own travel companions to make reservations at the double occupancy rates.
Check-In & Check-Out Requirements
At check-in, a credit card will be required to cover incidental charges.
Name Changes
Name changes on reservations are not available.
