Lucian Luxe Getaway – Terms & Conditions

Please read carefully before booking. By reserving your spot on the Lucian Luxe Getaway, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking & Payments

• A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to secure your spot. This includes a $100 service fee (Zelled to Hailey Ryans) and $50 applied toward your room.

• Final payment is due by January 16, 2026.

• Monthly payments are required to maintain an active booking status.

• If you are in a double occupancy room, you are responsible for ensuring your roommate is also making timely payments, as incomplete bookings may result in additional charges or reassignment to a single room.

• Failure to make monthly payments may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of all funds paid.

• Late Payment Policy: A 5-day grace period is allowed for monthly payments. A $25 late fee may be applied after this period. Repeated late or missed payments may result in removal from the trip without refund. 

• All payments are invoiced and subject to a 3.5% + $0.30 processing fee.

Trip Inclusions

• All-inclusive accommodations at Secrets St. Lucia (shared or single occupancy), including unlimited gourmet meals, snacks, top-shelf beverages, 24-hour room service, and resort entertainment

• Full-day catamaran cruise aboard Tout Bagay with snorkeling, sightseeing, buffet lunch, and open bar

• Roundtrip airport transfers

• On-site group host and support

• Welcome gift

• All taxes, fees, and service charges

What’s Not Included

• International airfare

• Optional excursions (e.g., ATV tour)

• Meals not listed in the itinerary

• Travel insurance (highly recommended)

• Personal purchases, gratuities, or spa services

• Passport fees or travel documentation

Cancellations & Refunds

• All payments—including deposit and service fee—are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• It is highly recommended that you purchase travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, delays, and emergencies.

• If the trip is canceled by the host due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be refunded all recoverable funds minus the deposit, service fee, and any non-refundable vendor payments.

Room Assignments

• Double occupancy guests may request a roommate or be matched if available.

• If a suitable roommate is not available, you will be responsible for the single occupancy rate.

• Roommate matching is not guaranteed and is based on availability and compatibility.

Travel Requirements

• A valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the return date is required.

• It is your responsibility to ensure you meet all entry requirements for St. Lucia.

• No refunds will be given for issues related to passports, entry denial, or travel delays.

Group Behavior & Conduct

• This is an adults-only group trip. All participants are expected to be respectful and cooperative throughout the experience.

• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the group without refund.

Trip Modifications

• The host reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, accommodations, or excursions as needed due to vendor availability, weather, or other factors.  If a certain participant threshold is not met, price may increase. 

• Any significant changes will be communicated in advance when possible.

Optional Add-Ons

• Optional services such as flight assistance ($50) or the ATV excursion must be paid in full prior to the trip. These fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Photo & Media Release

By participating in this group trip, you grant permission for photos and videos taken during the experience to be used for promotional purposes by Hailey Ryans and A Journey With Purpose.

Important Disclaimer

Hailey Ryans and A Journey With Purpose act solely as a travel coordinator and intermediary between travelers and service providers, including hotels, transportation, and excursion vendors. We are not liable for the acts, errors, or negligence of these third parties, nor for any injury, loss, or damage that may result.

Liability Waiver

By booking this trip, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel, including illness, injury, delays, or changes. You agree not to hold Hailey Ryans or A Journey With Purpose liable for any losses or damages.

Acknowledgment

By submitting your booking, deposit, and service fee, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, and authorize Hailey Ryans (A Journey With Purpose) to charge the payment method provided.
