Payment Authorization & Travel Terms

By submitting payment, I hereby authorize DSTNation Paradise (hereinafter referred to as "the Agency") to charge the credit card, debit card, or bank account indicated for the total amount reflected on this invoice. This authorization applies to all payments made for travel services, including but not limited to airfare, accommodations, transfers, excursions, travel protection, and administrative fees.

I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Payment Authorization:
   I am the authorized cardholder or account holder for the payment method provided. I authorize DSTNation Paradise and its suppliers to process all payments related to my booking. Once submitted, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated in writing by the Agency.

2. Pricing & Availability:
   All quotes are based on current pricing and availability at the time of booking. Prices, schedules, and availability are subject to change without notice until payment is received and confirmed by the supplier. Airline fares and hotel rates are not guaranteed until full payment is processed.

3. Deposits & Final Payment:
   Deposits secure your reservation but do not guarantee rates, availability, or airline fares until final payment is made. Flight deposits are typically higher because airfare must often be paid in full at the time of booking. The Agency may require up to 24 hours to verify flight pricing after deposit submission.

4. Refunds & Cancellations:
   All payments made to DSTNation Paradise are non-refundable, including deposits, unless otherwise stated in supplier or travel protection terms. Cancellations, modifications, or no-shows are subject to airline, hotel, and supplier policies, which may include full forfeiture of funds. The Agency strongly recommends purchasing Travel Protection Insurance to safeguard against unforeseen events, delays, illness, or travel interruptions.

5. Responsibility & Liability:
   DSTNation Paradise acts solely as an independent booking agent for airlines, hotels, tour operators, and transportation providers. The Agency is not responsible for acts or omissions of these suppliers, including cancellations, overbookings, delays, natural disasters, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond its control. Travelers are responsible for complying with all entry requirements, passports, visas, vaccinations, and health regulations for their destination.

6. Chargeback Waiver:
   By signing or submitting payment, I agree not to dispute or charge back any payment with my bank or credit card company for services rendered in accordance with this authorization and invoice. Any disputes must be addressed directly with DSTNation Paradise in writing.

7. Client Responsibility:
   It is the traveler’s responsibility to review all itinerary details, dates, names, and travel documents upon receipt and immediately notify DSTNation Paradise of any discrepancies. The Agency will not be held liable for errors not reported within 24 hours of document delivery.

8. Acceptance of Terms:
   By providing payment, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined above. I acknowledge that this payment represents acceptance of the Agency’s booking, refund, and cancellation policies.
