Hedonism II offers a Change For Any Reason Waiver (CFAR). This waiver is available at a cost of $55 per person (gross) and must be purchased at time of booking. This waiver is specific to the individual and must be used by them to cancel or change hotel arrangements up to the day of departure for any reason. This waiver does not cover flights, lost baggage, trip interruption, or any optional activities such as sightseeing, spa/salon services, wedding license processing fees, and any other extras. The cancellation waiver is nonrefundable and only covers the cost of the net amount paid for the hotel stay. The waiver may not be purchased for any client after final payment is made for the group. The cancellation waiver is provided by Hedonism II and is not an insurance benefit. The cancellation waiver does not offer a cash refund but allows individual guests to change dates without penalty by transferring the value off the hotel stay to a future date up to one year from the original travel date. The waiver may only be purchased once and if a guest does not travel within one year of the original date, they will forfeit the entire value of their hotel stay.
