What we do: 

  • We currently book full service travel packages including all inclusive resorts, airport transfers, airfare, and excursions/activities in destination! 
  • If you're celebrating a birthday, family vacation, bachelorette trip, girls getaway, baecation, bros weekend, you name it, we are here to help you curate the best vacation experience! 
  • In 2023 and Beyond, we are focused on Luxury on a Budget! This means, we are splurging but making sure to budget for the splurge! All of our vacation packages are purposely marketed well in advance to give our vacationers the opportunity to pay in installments if needed! 
 

Who we are:

  • Curated Vacay is a Black Owned, Women Owned, Small Business Owned and Operated by Kalisha Smith. Curated Vacay is a subsidiary company of Kalisha Smith, LLC. 
  • All Vacation Packages are meticulously curated by Kalisha Smith, Agency Owner and Lead Travel Experience Curator
  • We are Group Travel Specialist & Specialize in All Inclusive Caribbean Destination Travel 

Working with us:

  • We take the guess work out of travel planning and work to have a seamless and streamlined system!
    • First, please complete payment of our retainer fee and let us know how many people are for sure traveling with your party!
    • On the second screen, you will receive our client inquiry form. This will assist us in curating the vacation of your dreams! We ask questions that will help us get to know you and help us ensure we are creating a package that fits all your needs! 
    • Once we receive the client inquiry form, we get to work! We will curate a proposal for you with up to two options! Generally, we focus on one destination but may include up to two destinations per proposal depending on the client's wishes! 
    • We ask our clients to give up up to 5 days to curate amazing packages for them! For groups of 10 rooms or more (10-20 guest), we ask clients to allow us up to 10 business days. For larger groups, this timeframe may be extended due to inventory and how soon in advance you are seeking information regarding your group!

Fees:

  • We charge a small non-refundable retainer fee per person, per booking to begin the travel planning process. This helps to ensure our clients are serious about utilizing our services. If you are not sure how many people are traveling with you, please select the best approximation. 
  • For large groups, reach out to us at info@curatedvacay.com for a custom quote!

We are group specialist and want to help make your group an unforgettable one! 
 
We coordinate bachelorette trips, girls trips, bachelor trips, couple retreats, wellness retreats, conferences, destination weddings (travel accommodations only), family getaways and group cruises. 
 
We ask our clients to give us at least 7 Business Days to curate amazing packages for them! 
 
*Please note, $250 is the starting price for group trips. Based on our consultation, we will determine the exact rate for your group. This is not a package rate, this is the planning retainer fee paid directly to Curated Vacay for coordination of travel services*
