  • Submitting information via this reservation form DOES NOT automatically confirm your reservation. Bohemia Wedding Travel will email you a confirmation with payment invoice after a payment has been reviewed and processed correctly. You can always return to your invoice link to make payments.
  • Your room booking will be emailed to you when you have paid for your room in full.
  • Please enter your legal name(s) EXACTLY as it appears on your valid passport. Bohemia Wedding Travel is not liable if the information below is not entered correctly.
  • It is your responsibility to review the invoice upon receipt to ensure 100% accuracy. Please check thoroughly for any discrepancies or errors. Bohemia Wedding Travel is NOT responsible for errors, or any fees associated with necessary changes after 24 hours of receipt.
  • You must book within this room block to be included in the official wedding guest list for the resort.

Due Dates:

      •  
    • October 20th, 2025 $100 deposit due to reserve a room.
    • October 25th, 2025 60% of room cost must be paid.
    • December 15th, 2025 Remaining balance due.

       

Reminders:

To be included in Brittany and Brendan’s Wedding Activities, please only book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). If you book outside of this group Unico 20°87° will charge $302 per person per day per wedding event.

  • If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to upgrade your room please contact hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability.

  • January 18th, 2026 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.

  • Specific buildings, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed, but may be requested at check-in.

  • If you would like to arrive earlier, extend your stay, change your room or change your length of stay, please contact hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com

  • Unico 20°87°, like most resorts, does not guarantee bed sizes for some room types, they are upon request only; on future booking page. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to get your requested bed type.

  • Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.

  • Unico 20°87° is strictly 18+ with no exceptions. Based on age at time of check-in.

Cancellation policy:

 
  • If you cancel your reservation before November 1st, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee, already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. You can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
  • Between November 1st, 2025 and December 1st, 2025 any cancelled room nights will be charged at 50%
  • Between December 1st, 2025 and January 1st, 2026, any cancelled room nights will be charged at 60%
  • If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after January 1st, 2026 you are responsible for 100% of your original room total. 
 

If you have travel insurance you can file a claim for a refund based on your insurance providers terms

Unico 20°87° will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.

Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Unico 20°87° and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Unico 20°87°.
