Cancellation Policy

Cancellations on or between June 15, 2025 - October 31, 2025 Fully refundable minus your initial & 2nd deposit totaling $500
Cancellations after November 1, 2025 Nonrefundable and nontransferable (no travel credits provided)
Deposits are nonrefundable/nontransferable.  
If payments are not received by the due date your trip may be cancelled, and all payments forfeit. Please consider purchasing travel protection which may provide reimbursement for certain cancellation reasons.
  • Cancellations and Changes: All cancellations and changes to your trip must be made in writing to info@prissitravels.com.
 
 
Prissi Travel Terms and Conditions 
 
By registering for this trip/event and making payments you are agreeing to Prissi Travels Terms and Conditions (review the full terms here).
  • Valid passport books with a minimum of 6 month validity are required for international travel (passport cannot expire within 6 months of the last day of your trip). Passengers can be denied boarding at their own expense if passport books are not valid.
  • Flight details MUST be submitted on or before November 1, 2025. If flight details are not received by the required due date, the traveler will be responsible for their own airport transportation.
  • The resort may require a credit or debit card at check-in to cover any hotel incidental charges not included in the room rate. 
 

Each guest must complete their own registration form. Your roommate MUST register on the same date.
