By signing below, I authorize You Can Travel Too to charge the credit card provided herein.  I understand that this authorization will remain in effect until I cancel it in writing, and I agree to notify You Can Travel Too,LLC in writing of any changes in my account information or termination of this authorization at least 15 days prior to the next billing date. If the above noted payment dates fall on a weekend or holiday, I understand that the payments may be executed on the next business day. For ACH debits to my checking/savings account, I understand that because these are electronic transactions, these funds may be withdrawn from my account as soon as the above noted periodic transaction dates. In the case of an ACH Transaction being rejected for Non Sufficient Funds (NSF) I understand that You Can Travel Too, LLC may at its discretion attempt to process the charge again within 30 days, and agree to an additional charge for each attempt returned NSF which will be initiated as a separate transaction from the authorized recurring payment. I acknowledge that the origination of ACH transactions to my account must comply with the provisions of U.S. law.  I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card/bank account and will not dispute these scheduled transactions with my bank or credit card company; so long as the transactions correspond to the terms indicated in this authorization form.

Terms & Conditions - By submitting your deposit and completing this booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Payments & Authorization

By completing this booking, you authorize You Can Travel Too to charge your payment method according to the agreed payment schedule.  A $400 deposit per room is required to secure your reservation.

Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: $400 per room at time of booking
  • 50% of total package price due August 12, 2026 and will be automatically charged to the card on file.  You must notify us 72 hours in advance if you wish to change the card on file.
  • Final balance due December 12, 2026, no extensions.
  • Payments may be made at any time prior to the final payment deadline.

 

Failure to make payments by the stated deadlines may result in cancellation of your reservation and applicable supplier penalties. All pricing is based on double occupancy and is subject to change until the deposit is received.

Cancellations & Changes

All reservations are subject to the cancellation and change policies of Sandals and Unique Travel Corporation.  You Can Travel Too is not responsible for supplier-imposed penalties.

You understand that:

  • Payments made toward accommodations only are refundable until December 12, 2026.
  • All payments are non-refundable after December 12, 2026.

  • Certain components such as excursions and other activities may be fully non-refundable.

  • Travel insurance is non-refundable once purchased. 

  • No refunds will be issued for missed flights, late arrivals, early departures or unused portions of the trip.

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Travel Insurance - Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Insurance premiums are non-refundable once purchased.

Room Occupancy -  All bookings are double occupancy and you are responsible for securing your roommate.  

Travel Requirements - A valid passport is required for travel to Jamaica and should remain valid for at least six (6) months beyond the travel dates. You are responsible for ensuring your passport is valid for at least six (6) months beyond travel dates and for meeting all entry requirements. You Can Travel Too is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to improper travel documentation. 

Itinerary Changes - Resort operations, excursions, and activities are subject to change due to operational needs, weather conditions, or supplier decisions.

Limitation of Liability - You Can Travel Too acts as an independent travel advisor and is not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, or errors of travel suppliers, nor for events beyond our control.  We are not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, injuries, losses, or errors made by third-party suppliers including airlines, hotels, transportation providers, and excursion operators.
