Unlayered is a sacred invitation to gently explore who you are—and why you are—held in the spirit of deep presence, understanding, and grace. This retreat is about softening into yourself, without judgment, and learning to meet your inner world with compassion and curiosity. Through nervous system regulation, polyvagal-informed practices, and embodied movement such as slow, intentional yoga, you’ll learn to listen to your body’s wisdom and honor its pace.
We’ll literally breathe together, exploring breathwork and journaling as pathways for reflection, integration, and clarity. These guided prompts will help illuminate the parts of you asking to be seen, soothed, or reimagined. Some of these parts no longer need to carry the weight they once did, and this retreat offers a nurturing space to thank them, release them, and give them a new purpose.
Unlayered is for anyone feeling stretched thin, untethered, or simply ready to slow down and reconnect. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, depression, or just yearning for a reset, this is a place to root deep and rise above.
