Recommended vacation protection/travel insurance (optional):

As your travel consultants, we have given careful attention to all the arrangements for your land and/or cruise vacation to ensure they are in order. However, since you know that things can happen beyond our (and your) control, we believe it is critical to protect yourself and the plans you’ve made. We offer and strongly recommend that you purchase vacation protection. Complete coverage details and purchase options are available from your travel consultant. This is your decision, and you have the right to decline medical and cancellation protections offered by MAJC LLC/Cruise Differently LLC (DBA Red Hat Society Travel). If you decline to purchase this optional coverage, you agree to assume any and all financial loss associated with your travel arrangements, and you agree not to hold Princess Cruises, The Red Hat Society, Inc., and/or MAJC LLC/Cruise Differently LLC (DBA Red Hat Society Travel) responsible for any mishaps by waiving liability.

Payment policy and schedule:

An initial non-refundable deposit is required to make your reservation. The non-refundable deposit for Package 1 is $250 per person. The non-refundable deposit for Package 2 is $100 per person. Package 3 Birthday Bash tickets must be paid in full.
PACKAGE 1 ONLY: $129 per person non-refundable RHS administration fee will be added to your invoice and charged with your final payment. This fee covers various operational expenses, including processing, event management services, and additional support from our travel partners to guarantee you have an outstanding experience at the RHS "Sip, Sail & Celebrate" event.
The final payment balance for all three packages is due by January 15, 2025. A reminder email will be sent seven days before payment due dates. A second reminder email will be sent one day before payment processing.
Payments will be automatically charged to your credit card on file on the due date. Automatic payments will begin on the due date but may take up to 48 hours to complete. Thank you for your patience during this process.
All payments will be charged by and appear on your credit card statement as CRUISE DIFFERENTLY LLC. Receipts will be automatically sent by email once your payment is processed.
On request, monthly payment plans may be established. Your balance will be evenly split between your initial booking and January 15, 2025. Payment plans are not available for the Package 3 Birthday Bash ticket only.
All payments are non-refundable once they are processed. If you purchased optional vacation protection/travel insurance, you may be eligible to file a claim to cover these non-refundable payments.

Cancellation policy:

By providing your credit card for payment and digitally signing the credit card authorization, you declare that you have read and fully understood the MAJC LLC/Cruise Differently LLC (DBA Red Hat Society Travel) booking conditions, including the payment policy and schedule provided here. Vacation protection/travel insurance is offered and strongly recommended! All payments are non-refundable once they are processed. After you book and pay your deposit, if you cancel before January 15, 2025, the cancellation fee will be the amount you paid up to that point. If you cancel after making the final payment on January 15, 2025, the cancellation fee will be 100%. However, your payment is transferrable to a new reservation until March 31, 2025. This means that if you must cancel, you can find another Red Hat Society member to take over your reservation with no penalty (settling the payment arrangements with the new traveler is your responsibility; we cannot handle that for you). If you cancel after March 31, 2025, or are not able to find another Red Hat Society member to take over your reservation (by March 31, 2025), you may be eligible to file a claim to cover these non-refundable payments if you purchased optional vacation protection/travel insurance.

If you are joining us on Ruby Princess for the Pacific Northwest coastal cruise, why not let us handle your luggage and transportation from the hotel to the ship? This service will include shared motorcoach transportation between the InterContinental San Francisco and the pier where you will board Ruby Princess. We will tag your luggage and transport it with you, and you won't have to lift a finger! Coaches will depart the hotel between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Late check-out from the hotel is guaranteed for those with later transfer times. VIP Whiskey Experience in Astoria

You are invited to an exclusive private VIP whiskey experience during your day visiting the port of Astoria, Oregon. This private shore event, designed just for members of Red Hat Society, is an exploration of the world of whiskey, specifically the unique flavor and texture of American single malt. Guests will board a private motorcoach for the short ride to a local Astoria brewers. On arrival, you will sample a multitude of different whiskies and learn about how the aging process, barrel selection and other factors alter the final flavor. Celebrate American single malt with a deep dive into the whiskey making process. Taste each step as our distillers show you how to turn grain into delicious American single malt whiskey from locally grown barley to stuff fresh from the barrel. You’ll taste Westward whiskey in each stage of the whiskey making process and learn what makes single malt so special. This experience is approximately four hours and will also include a buffet luncheon.

*NOTE: This private excursion requires the ability to walk up one flight of stairs. There is no elevator at the venue.

Post-Cruise Transfer: Ship to San Francisco International Airport (SFO)

Guests may only opt to purchase group transportation transfers from the ship to San Francisco (SFO) airport. On day of disembarkation; please follow the instructions provided to you by the ship. After disembarking the ship and completing any local clearance formalities you will be directed to collect your luggage and clear Customs. Once outside the customs sterile area a Princess Representative will direct you to the transfer area where you will board a motor coach to the airport. The transfer to the airport is approximately 45 minutes, subject to traffic. On arrival at the airport you will collect your luggage and proceed to the airline check in counters. Be advised that in order to get you to the airport in plenty of time for your flight, we are recommending that your flight depart no earlier than 12:00 noon. Unused transfers are non-refundable.
