Q: What time is check-in and check-out?
A:Â Guest may check-in as early as noon 12:00 est on 9/5. Check-out is at 9am on 9/7.

Q: What's the address to the cabin? For the safety of our attendees the address is not given out until the day before. However, a close address is provided to help with arranging transportation in advance.

Q: I'm flying in, what are my options?Â
A: You may fly in directly to McGhee Tyson Airport and Uber or rent a car. In addition, you may fly into Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International and drive the 4 hours if you would like to enjoy the scenery.

Q: I don't have a roommate is that okay?
A: Yes, we have some bunk spots available for single occupants, however the room is still shared. After that guests will be paired based on when full payments is submitted.

Q: How do I know what to pack?
A:Â A packing list will be released 30 days before the trip to help guests prepare in a timely manner and to ensure ultimate comfort.

Q: I'm not sure if I want a la carte services. Can I add them at a later date if I change my mind?
A: Yes. Most services may be added up until the balance is paid in full

Q: Are solo rooms available?
A: You must book two spaces in a king room ONLY.

Q: Are solo beds available?
A: Top or bottom bunks only are solo beds. However, bunk rooms may have up to 6 que3n size bunks in one room. Â
Bed Assignment/Rooms Policy:
Beds will be distributed/ assigned when full payment is received. If you do not have a roommate, the next single occupant that pays in full will be assigned to your room/bed. All king beds are double occupancy (2 occupants in a room) and the queen bunks will be single occupancy per bed (4-12 occupants in a room).
