  • Day 1 (Cartagena): Arrival in Cartagena, transfers to hotel, and time to rest 
  • Day 2 (Cartagena): Half-day experiences in Cartagena, a vibrant coastal city located in the Caribbean (city tour with transfers included) 
  • Day 3 (Cartagena): A full-day experience with private transfers, a catamaran excursion with drinks and lunch included
  • Day 4 (Embarkation day): After settling into your cabin, head out for an afternoon tour of the Getsemaní neighborhood
  • Day 5 (Gambote - Palenque Calamar): Drum Rhythms and Freedom historic tour by Paola
  • Day 6 (Santa Barbara de Pinto Mompox): Walking tour with exclusive Jazz Street performance
  • Day 7 (Mompox): Ciénaga Pijiño exploration historic walking tour

Cancellation policy:

We know that plans can change, and we understand how frustrating that must be, but we work hard for you and know that we are here for you no matter what, so you must understand our cancellation fees and changes to your plan's fee. These fees are in addition to any cancellation or change fees charged by airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, or other vendors as outlined in their terms and conditions. Sheyla Adventure Travel, LLC will charge no additional fees on travel canceled by the vendor.​
  • Customized itineraries: A $399 cancellation fee to be charged to the credit card on file should the trip be canceled by the client for any reason
  • Tours Cancellation/Rescheduling Fee: $250.00
  • Tours Cancelled within three weeks before departure are NONREFUNDABLE!
  • Hotels & Resorts: $150 
  • Cruise: $350 cancellation fee per cruise reservation.
  • Flights: Any reissued tickets will require an $89 (domestic) and $199 (international) ticket reissue or exchange fee and any supplier-imposed penalties. Penalties depend on airline booking terms and conditions.
  • Last minute change fees: $499 change fee should there be last minute trip changes within five days of departure.​​
Our fees are based on the complexity of the trip and are calculated as an overall project cost after the initial consultation. Additional airline & travel management fees may apply, depending on the trip.
