Cancellation Policy
Please note: All payments, including deposits, trip payments, late fees, cancellation fees, service fees, and convenience fees, are non-refundable and non-transferable. This applies to any other person or trip under any circumstance.
- Final Payment: To secure your trip, your final payment must be received by the due date. If we don't receive it by then, your trip will be canceled, and all previous payments will be forfeited.
- Cancellations and Changes: All cancellations and changes to your trip must be made in writing to info@prissitravels.com.
- Valid passport books with a minimum of 6 month validity are required for international travel (passport cannot expire within 6 months of the last day of your trip). Passengers can be denied boarding at their own expense if passport books are not valid.
- The resort may require a credit or debit card at check-in to cover any hotel incidental charges not included in the room rate.
- Itinerary subject to change.dryer, bathrooms, in-room safe, LCD television and a comfortable bathroom. Prissi Travel does not control bedding.
