Flights can be individually purchased or if there are 10 travelers leaving from one gate, group flights can be requested with a payment plan and deposit of $150 per person.  

Room packages are per person each person must book on the same reservation for double and triple occupancy.

 Travel protection is per person and if you are on a reservation with someone else you will purchase travel protection individually.

Tours/Excursions can be booked at the resort with Concierge or we can do a group activity and book before arrival if the group agrees.  I will make reservations based on group size to get discounts.  

Trip itinerary details will be finalized 30 days prior to departure and sent out via email and placed in our group chat on WhatsApp.

PAYMENTS:  

Payments are NOT automatically drafted from your credit card or bank account.  You will be sent automated reminders of when payments are due. The convenient payment plan is set up once your deposit has been made.  

Payments can be made via Zelle to avoid processing fees once initial deposit has been received to confirm reservation.

If you need to make any changes to your reservation, please do so by email only to info@preciousmemoriestravels.com.  We are here to make your experience as seamless as possible.  We do understand that sometimes life happens and things do not go as planned.

Terms and Conditions

CANCELLATION POLICY:  

All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.  Our contractual agreements with the hotel and other travel vendors will not allow us to obtain refunds after booking to guarantee our group discounts.  

The purchase of Travel Protection Insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment just in case "what if" happens.  It is better to have insurance and not need it than to need it and not have it.  

YOUR PRIVACY:

Precious Memories Travel LLC and Travel Joy do not store any financial or sensitive user data on Travel Joy servers.  User data such as credit card numbers, bank accounts are immediately and securely transmitted to our payment provider with bank-grade SSL encryption.  Our payment provider is Square, one of the world's largest payment providers used by many large internet companies such as Facebook and Twitter.  Precious Memories Travel LLC and Travel Joy do not have access at any point to the user's financial data.

Client Agreement:

 I authorize Precious Memories Travel LLC, to charge the credit card or bank account indicated on this invoice for the noted amount on invoice.  This payment is for the services outlined on the invoice.  I understand that all payments are non refundable and non transferable and it is in my best interest to obtain Travel Insurance to protect my investment.  I understand that 3 consecutive missed payments will cancel my reservation automatically.  I understand that a $50 reinstatement fee will be charged to reinstate a canceled account.  I certify that I am an authorized user of this  payment method and I will not dispute the payment with my financial institution  so long as the transaction amount corresponds to the terms indicated on the invoice.
