The Agency Chic - Pocono Terms and Conditions

By using the services of The Agency Chic - Pocono (the "Agency"), you (the "Client") agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern all transactions and communications with the Agency.

1. Bookings and Payments

• A  deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount varies by supplier and will be communicated at the time of booking.
• Final payment deadlines are determined by the individual suppliers or brands and must be made by the dates provided in your reservation confirmation.

• All payments are processed directly by the supplier (e.g., Royal Caribbean, Seabourn, Disney, Tauck, Collette) and will reflect as such on your invoice. The Agency does not process payments through its bank account.
• By providing your payment information, you authorize the supplier to charge the credit card or bank account for the specified amount.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Supplier Policies

• Cancellations and refund policies are governed by the individual suppliers and brands with whom you are booked. The Agency is not responsible for these policies, and all relevant terms will be provided in your booking confirmation.
• It is the Client’s responsibility to review the supplier’s cancellation and refund policies before finalizing any bookings.

Non-Refundable Payments

• All airfare is non refundable unless stated otherwise.
• All payments made to the Agency are non-refundable. Refunds, if applicable, will be subject to the supplier's terms and conditions.

Changes and Amendments

• Any changes to your booking may incur additional fees as determined by the supplier. The Agency will assist with amendments, but additional costs are the responsibility of the Client.

3. Travel Documentation

• The Client is responsible for ensuring that all travelers have valid passports, visas, and any other required documentation for travel. Failure to provide proper documentation may result in denied boarding or entry, and the Agency is not liable for any related losses.

4. Liability

Supplier Responsibility

• The Agency acts solely as an intermediary between the Client and the suppliers. We are not responsible for the performance or delivery of services by the suppliers, including but not limited to accommodations, transportation, tours, or excursions.

 Travel Insurance

• The Agency strongly recommends the purchase of travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, and other potential risks. The Client assumes all risks if travel insurance is not purchased.

Force Majeure

• The Agency is not liable for any delays, cancellations, or changes due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or acts of terrorism.

5. Authorization and Disputes

• By submitting payment, the Client authorizes The Agency Chic - Pocono and the associated suppliers to charge the designated credit card or bank account for the total amount listed on the invoice.
• The Client agrees not to dispute the charge with their credit card company, provided that the transaction corresponds to the terms outlined in the invoice and this agreement.

6. Privacy Policy

• The Agency values your privacy. Any personal information provided for the purpose of booking will be kept confidential and shared only with the relevant suppliers to facilitate your travel arrangements.

7. Governing Law

• This agreement is governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, and any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Monroe County, PA, USA.

By proceeding with a booking through The Agency Chic the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
