PAYMENTS ARE PROCESSED DIRECTLY WITH THE TRAVEL EMPIRE VIA CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD AUTHORISATION. CASH PAYMENT OR ONLINE BANK TRANSFERS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR THIS GROUP TRIP BOOKING.
MONTHLY PAYMENT PLAN IS AVAILABLE PRIOR TO THE FINAL PAYMENT DATE.

6 MONTH PAYMENT PLAN IF BOOKED AND DEPOSIT PAID IN FEBRUARY.
Your monthly payment due dates will be adjusted depending on the time of registration/payment of your deposit and will be noted on your invoice.
Your balance is equally divided into monthly payment installments based on the date of registration/deposit payment. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.

- Monthly Payment 1: US$200 per person due in March
- Monthly Payment 2: US$200 per person due in April

Land Only Package (Flights NOT Included):
- Deposit: US$200 per person non-refundable deposit due at booking to secure your spot
- Monthly Payment 1: US$195 per person due in March
- Monthly Payment 2: US$195 per person due in April
- Monthly Payment 3: US$195 per person due in May
- Monthly Payment 4: US$195 per person due in June
- Final Payment Due On or Before: July 4, 2023

Booking Terms & Conditions (Please read in its entirety):

It is your responsibility to read our TERMS & CONDITIONS.
Making reservations for this trip and paying your deposit signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
PLEASE NOTE: All payments to The Travel Empire are non-refundable and non-transferrable for this group trip, unless otherwise stated. This is because The Travel Empire has strict contractual obligations with suppliers/vendors for group bookings which will not allow us to obtain refunds. This way we can keep our package prices competitive and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.
Group trips pricing is highly contingent upon all parties fulfilling their obligation to pay their share to qualify for group rates & amenities.
Valid passport required to book and must be valid AT LEAST 6 MONTHS BEYOND YOUR RETURN DATE. Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents.
Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. If you enter your name incorrectly, a name change fee may apply. Any information provided on the travel description pertains to Barbados citizens only. Non-Barbados citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice and until a deposit is received. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in. Pricing is not guaranteed until you have received a receipt/confirmation of your successful payment.
Travel insurance is optional but HIGHLY recommended to protect your investment. If you choose not to purchase travel insurance/protection, you acknowledge and accept that you may be liable for any cancellation penalties and out-of-pocket expenses incurred. You also accept that you will make your own provisions in the event of an emergency (health or otherwise) while travelling or in the event of quarantine or extended stay. Please consult with your local insurance provider/advisor for specific travel insurance advice & policies for your trip.
Monthly payments (or as otherwise outlined on your invoice) are required to keep your reservations current. Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. You may make larger monthly payments than what is required or pay your balance in full at any time.
Name changes are not allowed for any components of this package.
Change fees: US$50 per person change fee applies for any changes or modifications (whatever the cause) to the reservation after booking, plus any applicable airline or supplier change fees before any changes can be made.
Late Payment: Payments not received by close of business on your monthly due date on your invoice will incur an automatic US$75 late fee per person. Late payment of US$100 per person is required after the final payment due date listed on your payment plan/invoice. Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservation two (2) days after your monthly due date.
All late payment requests must be approved in writing to The Travel Empire at info@thetravelempirebb.com before the final payment deadline on your invoice.
Payments more than 30 days past due could result in the cancellation of your reservation and all monies being forfeited.
ANY RESERVATIONS NOT PAID IN FULL BY THE FINAL PAYMENT DATE WILL BE SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION AND ALL MONIES FORFEITED.
You should be aware that COVID-19 and the health and security measures around COVID-19 may impact elements of your trip and influence the operation of some travel services.
All prices are based on the rates of exchange in effect at the time of price quotation. In the event that the US dollar devalues, The Travel Empire reserves the right to increase prices accordingly. Your final invoice will reflect increases resulting from currency devaluation.
At check-in, a credit card/debit card will be required to cover anticipated incidentals/room charges.
Should the trip be postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, natural disasters, border closures or travel restrictions, the trip will be rescheduled to a later date.
A full day-by-day itinerary will be provided to all confirmed trip attendees at least 30 days before travel, if not earlier.

Roommate Matching:

Roommate matching assistance is available for this trip. Please click HERE to complete our roommate matching questionnaire.
You will select “double occupancy” on the booking form. On the reservation notes form, you will select “yes” for roommate match.
Roommates will not be matched until after 75% of your reservation total has been made on your invoice. We will do our best to room you with someone if there are any interested parties, and you will be required to complete a roommate matching questionnaire to ensure your roommate is a good fit.
Please ensure your roommate has made their reservation and are making timely payments as required. If 14 days before departure there is no roommate available, the booking will automatically update to single occupancy and will be required to pay the single rate to retain/secure your booking.
If you book a double occupancy package and a roommate backs out, the booking will automatically update to a single occupancy package. Should you find a roommate email us at info@thetravelempirebb.com.
Refunds will not be given due to roommate abandonment. You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments as required.
The Travel Empire expressly disclaims any liability or responsibility for any roommate that you ultimately select to be paired with. This service is offered as a courtesy to assist solo travellers who are looking to take advantage of double/triple occupancy pricing.

Cancellation Policy (Please Read):

***Deposits and Monthly Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE after booking.*** This is because we have strict contractual agreements with suppliers/vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices competitive and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation. With this in mind, we STRONGLY recommend that you purchase Travel Insurance to protect your investment.
NB. Prior to the final payment date ONLY, payments for the land portion of your package may possibly be transferred to a newly booked guest on a case by case basis and for an upfront transfer fee of US$75.00 per person. If there are no new guests to take your space, funds cannot be transferred as the Agency will still be contractually responsible for paying all fees to the hotel and suppliers/vendors.
Flights are always non-refundable and non-transferable 24 hours after booking with the airline.
In the event of cancellation prior to the final payment date, we will use our best efforts to work with the Suppliers to obtain any residual future travel credits (if applicable), less Supplier/Agency cancellation fees.
Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing to info@thetravelempirebb.com.
Please note that if your roommate cancels, you will be responsible for paying the difference of the cost of the room if you are unable to secure a replacement.
Cancellation fees apply for us to move forward with the cancellation request with the Supplier and will be assessed at the time of cancellation.
By booking and making your deposit/monthly payments, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of this Cancellation Policy.

Impact of COVID-19 on your travel:

Please be advised the travel Itinerary included on this document is for travel with COVID-19 being a known global risk.
You should be aware that COVID-19 and the health and security measures around COVID-19 may impact elements of your trip and influence the operation of some travel services. The country you reside in, the country or countries you are travelling to or via, and the airline(s) you are travelling on may all have strict requirements on travel to limit the spread of COVID-19. COVID-19 is causing constant and ongoing changes in the application of protective measures and the way an airline, airport or country chooses to deal with the threat of COVID is constantly changing.
It is each traveller's responsibility to keep themselves informed of all requirements in relation to their trip and any COVID-19 based restrictions, and we suggest these are constantly monitored right up until departure, as they can change at any time. The same applies to any travel companions and all members of a group who may be travelling.

How to Book:

Click "Book Now" based on which package and occupancy you would like to book.
On the next screen, it will ask for the number of travellers (in the drop down box, choose the number of people you are paying your deposit for).
1. If you are paying separately from your roommate, select double or triple occupancy and choose 1 traveller, which will generate your individual invoice. Enter your roommate's name in the booking notes on the next page.
2. If you are paying for you and your roommate(s), select double/triple occupancy and choose 2/3 travellers to pay the deposit for those persons.
On the far right, you will see the overall cost of your trip package, double check the information, then click continue to traveller details.
On the next screen, it will say enter traveller details.
If you are booking for you and your roommate, enter all the details for your roommate (Guest 2 or 3) on the additional traveller form. Otherwise, just enter your information only if you are booking separately from your roommate and include their name in the booking notes.
Then proceed to make your deposit payment via debit/credit card.
NB. This is a credit card/debit card authorisation only and your card is not automatically charged upon submitting your registration form. Given that prices are subject to change until a deposit is made, if there are any price changes between your registration submission and when the payment is being processed, we will be sure to let you know before proceeding.
