How It Works: The Trip Planning Process

1. Complete the travel inquiry form in full and submit the required trip planning fee.

2. Please allow 3–5 business days to receive three (3) customized travel quotes based on the information provided in your inquiry form.

3. Once the quotes are delivered, you will review and select one (1) quote to move forward with.

4. One (1) complimentary revision is included with the approved quote. This revision must be requested within three (3) days of quote approval.

   • Example: If you prefer the flight option from Quote #1 but the hotel or package from Quote #2, the proposal can be revised to reflect your preference.

5. Any additional revisions beyond the first will require an additional revision fee.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for reviewing quotes and providing feedback within five(5) days of quote delivery. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in the quote request being forfeited.

Please note: Not providing a budget may delay the research process.

Rates & Pricing

All rates are subject to change until a deposit is made. Submitting a deposit will lock in the quoted rate at that time.

All travel research and planning fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
